This beautifully decorated Sunriver home is located near Fort Rock Park, and a short drive from Bend and Mt. Bachelor. It has a private hot tub, eight SHARC passes, and room for up to six guests.

The main living area hosts an extremely well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining room with seating for six. The living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. If you want to check email, log onto the WiFi. The one master bedroom in this home has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan operated with a remote control, and a lovely master bathroom with dual vanity sinks.

There is a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third room, providing room for up to six. These two bedrooms share a full-size hall bath, and there's a private washer and dryer. The deck has a gas barbecue, bubbling new hot tub, and deck furniture.

Venture down to the Village at Sunriver for music, ice-skating, mini golf, shopping, restaurants, and more! You'll love hot afternoons spent swimming, picnicking, or playing sports at SHARC.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay- a few things could make it 5 stars vs. 4 stars.

House was nice, very clean (inside) and generally well-appointed. Things that could easily make this house a 5 star experience would be as follows: 1. Space in the kitchen for food storage. Every single cabinet is designated for kitchen supplies/dishes, etc. so we had to keep all of our food on the counters. Not the end of the world, but would be nice to re-organize the cabinets to allow for space for food. 2. Linens- towels and sheets were very low quality, budget-hotel level. 3. The back porch was very dirty and hadn't been wiped down or swept in a long time. We spent about an hour cleaning it ourselves so that we could enjoy the outside areas. The glass on the table needs a good scrubbing on both sides! The local Vacasa team was very helpful when I called to report this and offered to send someone out to clean, and even brought over a vinyl tablecloth to cover the table, which unfortunately was too small, but I definitely appreciated the support from them.

One Story Getaway

The house was a nice layout for a family of five. The cleanliness from housekeeping could’ve been better and the closure of open issues with property mng could’ve been better service. After initially reaching out in contacting Vacasa to the cable being out there was no follow up or closure.

Great property!!

My family and I came down for my daughter’s lacrosse tournament and booked this home. This home was nicely furnished and decorated. The property management team was super friendly and kind. This home was in a great location with lots to do in the area. My daughter and wife loved the bikes provided by the property. We all enjoyed having access to the Sharc “pool/waterpark”. The home was fully equipped with everything needed to have an awesome stay. 100% would book again

The perfect retreat

According to my kids, “Your food tastes so much better when you cook in this kitchen.” The kitchen was fully stocked and incredibly organized. While the family relaxed and watched TV from the comfortable couches, I was able to engage with them from the open kitchen. The jacuzzi treated us to some relaxation under the stars prepping us for another good sound sleep in the comfortable beds. I normally shy away from units with carpeting but the WHITE carpet was meticulous. The best part… that morning coffee while sitting on the back deck in those comfortable chairs. The boys complained that is was a “bit” further of a bike ride to the SHARC center than previous units we have rented but I though the location was ideal. I’ll be booking this house for next summer cause when you find the perfect one, you stick with it! 😊

Wonderful Sunriver Home

The home was immaculate and well stocked. It was perfect for our group. We loved the layout and were able to watch tv by the fire together. The home has bikes, a great hot tub and gas grill.

Beautiful and comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is lovely and very thoughtfully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the deck. Our kids especially loved all of the books! We had some issues with the access code not working upon arrival, but the property management team sent someone over right away to fix it. We were able to walk to the nearby park, which was wonderful. Next time we'll remember to bring a volleyball for the sand court and a basketball. We were very disappointed in our experience with the SHARC, but that has nothing to do with the property. The SHARC was closed two of our three days (Tuesday and Wednesday), and we had to wait in line for over an hour to be able to attend one of the three swim sessions at the SHARC on Monday. Even then, the pool felt very crowded.

Clean, cozy & cool rambler!

We rented this house during a heatwave, and having A/C was critical! We coordinated our trip with several other families who didn't have A/C in their homes so we were lucky. Of all the homes our group rented for this trip, this was our favorite, and many of the others agreed. The open layout of the house is so welcoming, everything worked, new carpet, everything just so clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for families!

Wonderful layout with space for kids and a wrap around deck that’s perfect for hanging out in the sun. Easy access to fort rock park and a quick drive to SHARC and the main village. The house was very well kept and stocked - I’d highly recommend it!

Family get away

Spent a week here and it did not disappoint. Very clean and quiet. Typical and tasteful northwestern pacific decor. Would be a bit crowded for 6, but as a family of 4 we had plenty of space to spread out. Hot tub and grill were very nice and kept up. Lovely outdoor dining space with umbrella. One of the most well appointed kitchens we have rented from which was essential during covid time to cook at home. Gas range and cephalon pans were a plus. Easy access to fort rock park and bike trails. Sharc passes included but we did not use due to covid - it is open in limited times. Three single speed bikes included. WiFi worked well and washer and dryer was a lovely bonus to bring clean laundry home : )

Perfect home for a quick vacation!

This house is in a great location, near Fort Rock Park and The North Store. The house has some nice upgrades and includes and great patio perfect for outdoor eating. We'd definitely rent this house again.

Missed the mark on a couple of things...

This is the third place in Sunriver that we've stayed at over the years. Our "go to" place was all booked up, so we gave this one a try. The place is nice and clean enough. The spacious family room is its best feature, as well as the outdoor entertaining areas. Kitchen appliances need updating, as they are a bit dated. The master needs at least a queen (not full) size bed. No remote for the garage. There were 7 bikes, but only four were decent, but unfortunately those are locked up and not for the guests...which I thought was a bit tacky, considering the nightly rate $$$. The remaining three bikes were rickety and not worth riding. Had to rent three bikes for the duration of the trip ($200). Without these issues I would have rated this place with at least four stars.

Clean, well-maintained home in great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 1 Conifer Lane. This house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. We liked the central location of the home. We used the private boat launch pass to take our paddle boards out on the Deschutes. We had plenty of space for our family of 4 and would definitely stay here again.
