This reverse living home is tucked away in the quiet south end of Sunriver. Just a 5 minute walk to the Sunriver Village Mall, it is convenient to shops and restaurants.

There is also a ping pong table in the single car garage to release your competitive spirit! Enjoy lounging on the two decks--one upper level with BBQ or you can soak your cares away in the hot tub on the lower deck. Shaded by large ponderosa pines, you are sure to enjoy a relaxing time in this lovely vacation home.

8 SHARC PASSES--UNLIMITED USE! If you're not familiar with Sunriver, the SHARC is a fabulous complex of pools and slides, both indoor and outdoor, designed for the pleasure of all ages. Without these passes it costs $25/person for entry during the summer. These passes give you access to the SHARC with no additional fees on your part. You also have access to the tubing hill and tennis and pickleball courts with these passes.

We had a great stay! Very comfortable and well stocked home. Enjoyed the hot tub, access to SHARC and the bikes available for our use! Great location, easy walk/ ride to the village. We also loved that there was a small play structure for the kids just across the street. (Think it’s technically part of the property next to it, but no one seemed to care).

Excellent Sunriver Home!

My family and I had such a fun time staying in this very clean, quiet, relaxing home. The home had a well stocked kitchen and my family and I loved how we could all be together upstairs while cooking, doing puzzles, and chatting at the dining room table but others could be on the couch reading while still being part of the conversation. The layout of this home is fantastic! The proximity to the grocery store, the Village, coffee shops only added to how great this home is. The bikes provided along with the ping pong table were so much fun! We really enjoyed tootling around Sunriver and going to the grocery store by bicycle. The owner was kind and prompt at answering our texts and we look forward to coming back!

Sunriver Oregon is our favorite place to vacation and this beautiful home was perfect to help us enjoy our stay. Within walking distance to the village. I believe it took us about 10 minute walk. Very nice location and beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was a definite plus. Will definitely be back next year.

We spent most of our time outside the home. Suited our needs. Downstairs bedrooms were pretty dark, but other than that was a very positive experience.

Great Cozy Getaway

We enjoyed our time at this property, just big enough for our large family. The house exceeded my expectations! My only suggestion for the owner is to upgrade the outdoor lighting on the back porch, it was really hard to see/use the BBQ in the evenings.

Great place

Clean, nice place and great location. Owner was great at responding when the hot tub was not heating after our first night but unfortunately it did not heat back up to normal temp until the next day when it was time to leave. The main reason we booked was because of the hot tub.

Great Stay!

This was a mini family reunion with our daughter and her children. This was a great place to stay! There were plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses for our group, enough bicycles and SHARC passes so that everyone got to enjoy all the amenities. The grandkids especially loved the hot tub and their room with bunk beds and a mini gaming area. The location is close to everything, yet very quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place highly!

Great vacation with the family!

Our family of 7 stayed here this last week and it was a great place to stay! The place was clean and everything was working including all of the bikes and hot tub. We will definitely staying here again next summer.

Loved the bikes. They were all in good working order and we really enjoyed riding along the Deschutes River at dusk. Beautiful! Beds were comfy and it stayed nice and cool downstairs even though it was 100 degrees when we were there. Upstairs, not so much. Thankful for the fans. Did not like all the huge chunks of peeling paint on the deck, especially with a toddler, or the slow drains in kitchen, shower, and bathroom sink. Carpet needs to be cleaned in living room area and better vacuumed.

birthday gift for my granddaughter

per kids…oh grammy, this place was awesome!!!!!! per dil…great place, easy check in, place had everything we needed and the kids loved loved loved the hot tub! per grammy…will be coming here for the next trip to oregon cause the kids loved it so much. my granddaughter reports she had a great birthday/spring vacay!

Great Sunriver Home; Excellent Location

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The house was VERY clean and only a 5-minute walk to the Village mall. Comfortable beds and plenty of sleeping space for our teenagers. This house may not be a great fit for very young kids or anyone who can't navigate stairs, but it worked really well for our family of teens!

Great family vacation spot!

This was our first time visiting Sunriver and we couldn’t have had a better time! This house was in great location with easy walking/biking access to the village. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The SHARC passes and bikes that were included in the house were a huge bonus!!! Our kids loved having unlimited access to the pool and bike trails! After a long day of activities, the hot tub was the perfect place to unwind. We will definitely be coming back!!

Comfortable beds

We stayed for a week and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was as expected. Bikes need some work, and bushes need to be trimmed in driveway so you don’t scratch your car. Great location.

First trip to Sunriver and this property was perfect. The home was clean and had everything we needed, even nice fluffy beach towels for the hot tub and pools. The location was walkable to the lodge and village. We biked all over the community with the bikes provided by the owner and visited the Sharc rec center to float around the lazy river and play on the water slides. The lodge had a band in the evening outside with cornhole set up, a bar and a food truck. We were there for a baseball tournament in Bend and it took only 20 min to get to Bend each day. Can’t wait to go back and spend more time at this property, hoping to horseback ride and paddle the river from the Sunriver marina next visit.

A great place to stay in Sunriver!

We had a great stay here over Easter weekend! The location is excellent and just a 3 minute drive from the shops and restaurants in Sunriver. My favorite perk was having a private hot tub right on the property! Our toddler loved being able to swim at the indoor SHARC aquatic center and this property came with free passes. The house is set up so the bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the top floor is an open living room and kitchen. There is a fireplace but you need to use a specific type of wood log—one was included for us. The property is a little older and my mother-in-law pointed out that it was a bit annoying that most of the rooms didn’t have an overhead light. There were also a few creaky noises at night. Despite those few things, it is a great place to stay!

Great home for a ski vacation

We used the home for a quick ski vacation to Mt Bachelor. We loved the location to the mountain as well as the village in Sunriver. The hot tub was perfect after a long day at the slopes!

We chose this home because it works well for our family and friends and felt it would serve other families as well. With the bunk room that comfortably sleeps four, there is also space that allows the kids to have their own space to play video games, watch movies or just hang out.

The way that this home flows, it lives larger than it is. The three bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room are downstairs. The living room, dining room and kitchen are upstairs where the windows provide an elevated view through the ponderosa pines that surround the home. Because the bathrooms are downstairs and away from the common living space, this home best serves guests who have no issue with stairs.
