This second-floor studio is part of the Powder Village Condominiums in the Sunriver Business Park, offering guests immediate access to restaurants, salons, laundromats, and other businesses. You'll be just one mile from the Village at Sunriver, 17 miles south of Bend, and 19 miles from the famous winter slopes of Mt. Bachelor.

Thoughtfully designed to maximize its square footage, the intimate living space features plush leather furnishings, Hot Spot, and a Roku TV for quiet evenings at home. Begin each morning by brewing a fresh pot of coffee in the full kitchen, which features full-size appliances and plenty of cabinet space to store your groceries. We had an okay stay, they were really nice to communicate with. Beds were very uncomfortable, foldout couch got jammed open for our whole stay and we couldnā€™t put it back. It was clean, nice area, close to our golf tournament and it was nice and convenient.

3.5 stars- good location and price, unit has issues

The condo is reasonably close to the Village and is quiet. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has a good variety of dish ware and cooking tools. Having SHARC access and a car charger was awesome. What we didnā€™t love was a lack of good screening on the windows in a location with mosquitos. There is no A/C so being able to open windows on hot days is important. The sleeping loft is creative- but perhaps not an ideal arrangement, especially if you have young kids. Overall- it was fine for our needs, but Iā€™d like to see the owners update the windows in particular.

So dirty.. every surface was sticky and pasty. The pillows and blankets had urine stains there was a molded piece of meat in the refrigerator the dishes were dirty I had to spend the weekend Cleaning just to feel comfortable sleeping in this tiny apartment the location was not ideal. I would not stay there again. They need to do a deep clean if they want people to stay here it was disgusting

Disappointed

Carpets were stained and filthy. However, property management has them professionally cleaned during our stay. They were expectedly damp afterwards so it limited our time inside unit. Beds hard and difficult to physically get into (loft).

Horrible experience - filthy - left after 1 day of 5 day stay

checked in to find it had not been cleaned. filthy, bathroom had dried vomit all over. had to wait several hours until it was "cleaned" came back to find vomit still on wall of bathroom, mold in the shower, bug nests in the shower, and on the ceiling of the main room. black mold in the light fixtures, food stray on the table, wall and window covering by the kitchen table. pillows had "fluid" stains on them, bed was so broken down that we slept on the floor to avoid further rib bruising due to frame poking through the matress. glassware all chipped resulting in cup lip while taking a drink. had to use personal water bottles instead. key to the home was found ontop of the lock box by the door. not secure. a members of family broke out with a rash by the morning.

The unit could have been cleaner. Lots of stains on the carpet, throw rugs looked dirty. Cobwebs around the ceiling lights, small deck hadn't been swept off. Bird droppings and pine needles all over the deck.

Terribly Uncomfortable

The space was clean, however of the four small windows, two had no screens and thereā€™s no AC. Itā€™s an A-frame design with a large window at the top so the sun shone straight through because thereā€™s no shades, making it not only extremely hot, but very bright at 5 AM when the sun rises. Canā€™t open the windows without screens because of mosquitoes leaving itā€™s very stuffy. Lastly, the two loft beds upstairs are unsafe for small children due to a large drop off and the mattresses were terrible. Would not stay here again.

Don't appreciate being lied to about the pool being open when it was not! Drove 7hrs for the pool!

The dishes were filthy! Should not be renting a unit without a dishwasher for sanitizing dishes and silverware during covid--no exception!! Should not be advertising or charging for a pool when they knew in advance that it would not be open! Called in advance to verify it would be open and was lied to. Terrible customer service!

Teen daughter and I enjoyed our 3 day weekend. Perfect size for two. Kitchen well appointed. Entrance door in internal covered area with all lights burned out and pitch black in mid-day. Hard to see to enter door password. Caught the office before they closed, and maintenance team got new lightbulbs installed in no time flat. One drawbackā€”no AC (I called and the online rep said she saw a control panel by back door (just a temperature monitor), and assured me there was AC. Unfortunately the beds were up in hot loft area. Two portable fans provided on main level, but didnā€™t provide any relief up in loft, and screen missing on loft window, so couldnā€™t open with the bugs.

Not vacation home, pit stop home.

Much too small for two adults and two teenage girls for five days. No place to sit and relax once everything is in. About a mile from the village which fine but wouldnā€™t have chosen this unit had I realized that there were no bike paths over there. Nice that we had pool access. No air conditioning. Very, very hot even with three fans. Could not get in touch with agency when we could not find the key pad for the unit. Wanted refund but decided we would make the best of it.

Marketing of this is site is clever. There is no connection to Sunriver Resort. If it was priced less, this would be an ok place to crash after a full day central Oregon adventure. Itā€™s not a place to rent if you want to relax in the place you rent. Additionally, the loft bed arrangement is a liability. It would be a stretch to slip and tumble down the steep stairs in the middle of the night.

Extremely Disappointing

My recommendation to anyone viewing this property is read the description carefully. The only connection to the Sunriver Resort is a 2O minute walk to the village. No Sharc pass also means no access to tennis courts in Sunriver. If your are comfortable essentially climbing a pseudo stair ladder to sleep in double beds in a loft and not relaxing in the place you rent, Iā€™m sure youā€™ll be satisfied. This place, if priced less, would be a good place to crash after doing an all day adventure.
