Dixie Mountain Lane #3 is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1418 sq. ft. home located in a quieter part of Sunriver and is perfect for up to 8 guests! Your family can easily relax in this get-away home.


Gather with family and friends in the comfortable living room enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace, and the view of the outdoors, while your favorite movie is playing on the flat-screen TV.

The floor plan allows for your family meals to be easily served from the well-appointed kitchen. The family cook will surely enjoy the newly upgraded tile and kitchen appliances. The bench-style seating is perfect for family conversations or a wonderful place to play a family game.



Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds and private vanity areas, one of which has a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. Bedroom 3 also has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds for the family's little ones. The two queen bedrooms upstairs each have their own private access to the newly refurbished deck.

Explore the nearly 30+ miles of paved bike paths using the 4 provided bikes at the home. Then enjoy a nice relaxing soak in the private, enclosed hot tub. Enjoy a great BBQ dinner in the summer while sitting outside on the patio.

Dixie #3 comes with 10 Unlimited SHARC passes, providing your family access to the SHARC, free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kids had an absolute blast. The property is pretty far north in Sunriver which was a big plus for us. The bike paths were less busy and the kids loved the long rides to the village. The bike shed has four cruisers which were in good shape. We opted to rent sportier bikes to help with the hills and many (many) bike rides out kids wanted to go on, along with a trailer for the littlest. The only thing I would say is that while they advertise a nice new air conditioning system, they don't let you use it. The lowest you can set is 72. It cools off at night in Sunriver, but our kids on the top floor were roasting. Heat rises and the thermostat is on the bottom floor. There was also no fan option to circulate air through the system to cool off the upstairs rooms. The windows do open, but with kids sensitive to light and sound they opted to roast instead.

Fantastic place to land

We needed 4 bedrooms and I didn't want to spend top dollar on a house when we would be skiing everyday and only there in the evenings. The place is not modern but had a great set up for sleeping and cooking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 4 bed, 2 bath house was very well equipped and well-organized. We celebrated a birthday while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed to bake a cake and a special dinner. In fact, literally every drawer or cabinet was labeled w/ the contents. The location near the north store was handy. While the house does sleep 8, it was a little on the small size for that many adults and I would probably not rent it again for a group of more than 6. Also, while there is a shed which contains bikes, there is no garage so don't count on storing more than one additional bike of your own.

Sunriver Trip

This was a great house in a great location. The house was clean and well furnished. The bikes were great and they even had a bike wrench which was handy since I had to change the tube on my personal bike. This was an awesome trip.

Perfect house for Golf trip

Summer Family Vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the hot tub, bikes in good condition. Location perfect for us. Wi-Fi worked well. Beds were comfortable. There were enough linens. small appliances were sufficient. The outdoor grill worked well.The bugs in the home specifically the flies at night when the lights were on and the ants were a concern. Just never had that issue and we come to Sunriver every year and rent a different house. The balcony overlooking the front yard was very unstable. We were afraid to lean on it, for fear it might fall over.
