Throughout the house, enjoy contemporary and classical paintings and bronze sculptures. Enjoy the outside while relaxing at your private pool (not heated), hot tub, 3 large patios with outdoor tables and chairs, barbecue areas and patio lights. Mature shade trees create a park-like setting.

We had so much space for 11 of us! The pool was fantastic, beds were comfy and helped make our wedding weekend magical! Was just a great place to stay and Paul was such a helpful host! Definitely recommend staying at his beautiful home.

Bug Issues

TLDR: This house has a cockroach and bug problem. The only nice thing was its good location, amenities, and large accommodation space. Story: During the tour of the house with the owner, we spotted two dead cockroaches in the restroom that leads outside to the backyard. Our party didn't say anything at the time since the restroom was close to the outside and we were just going to clean it up afterwards, trying to be understanding of the location of the bathroom. After the owner left the house, we went to clean up the bugs and notified the owner of the issue. During our cleaning, we found SEVERAL more dead to half-dead cockroaches throughout the living room, out in the open, which we took pictures of and cleaned up as well. We sent these pictures to the owner, looking to see if there was any accommodations that could be made. The owner continually mentioned that he was there earlier that day and the day before, and that he didn't see any bugs. Initially, he only offered to send cleaners out to reclean the space, which we had already cleaned, but after some more back and forth, he agreed to return 300 as well. The next days, we found some more dead cockroaches that we eventually just cleaned up ourselves.The owner is very communicative and is understandably concerned that the space won't be trashed by its guests. But it was a bit stuffy having to do a pre-booking interview and an involved check-in process, which included listing the age, name, and location of every guest.

Mini Reunion

The house was perfect for our needs. Great for a large group, plenty of room for everyone and more than enough beds/bathrooms. The backyard patio/pool area is especially nice. Lots of parking space and a convenient ride to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Would stay there again if we have another get-together in Vegas.

Short vegas trip

Check in was super easy. The house is large to hold a lot of people. It's a maze of rooms. Close to everything, lyft rides were not bad. 9 Needs a few updates but overall good house for Vegas.

Great Stay in Las Vegas

Great house located just a few minutes away from the strip. Perfect for groups who are looking for a home away from home in Las Vegas. Host went above and beyond in communication and accommodations for any of our questions or requests for our trip. We hope to come back soon!

Amazing stay close to the strip!

We stayed here with a party of 14. The home is beautiful and spacious with lots of room for people to have their own bed. The host of the property is an excellent communicator and is very swift to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If we ever find ourselves in the area, this will definitely be our go to location to stay at!

Terrific weekend with the guys

A group of us in our 50s and 60s got together to watch basketball and bet on games and cook dinners. We could not have found a more perfect location. Highly recommend.

This was a great spot for our group of 5 couples - close to the strip when we wanted to be there, far enough away when we didn't. We really enjoyed our time there and Paul was a great host.

Fantastic property management was a 10 experience the house was very nice and many house hold items to use. All the young adults loved the 🔥 hot tub. Highly recommend to rent.

Family reunion

We flew on from all over the country and spent a few days here. We found the house clean and neat but also inviting and cool. We enjoyed the art thought the house and like that the owner is the artist responsible for most of the art, we enjoyed his personal your. We have stayed in other VRBO homes here, but this home had the best highway and south strip access that we have seen. On a Friday night at 6pm, it took 11 minutes from this house to the aria for our dinner reservations. We also cooked several nights and the kitchen was very nice, well eguipped and fully functional. We also loved the yard with fully mature trees that provided shade and the pool was perfect. We couldn't be happier, thanks Paul, your house is beautiful.

Girls Trip Family & Friends

It was 13 in our group and it was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and if we ever had a group this large again we would definitely consider this property. There were a couple of hiccups we ran into but communication with the owner straightened those items out. Overall it was a great experience.

Great location & perfect for our needs

Great spot for family gathering

This place has lots of room to sleep my entire extended family. The pool was great for the 115F heat. I would rent again!!
