With peaceful surroundings, sauna, garden and play equipment, this modern holiday home in Barvaux-sur-Ourthe, has something for everyone, making the holiday fun for all age groups. With 4 bedrooms to house a family of 8, this place is a good choice for a relaxing family vacation.

If you want to shop for your daily stuff, then the supermarkets are 1 km away from the home. The town centre is 2 km away, where you will find all the facilities. You can also go for a swim in the public pool, 3 km away.

You can get your daily dose of sun in the garden and relaxation in the sauna. Thanks to the play equipment, children will not get bored here. Barbecue is also there for enjoyable dinners with family. Washing machine, TV and parking are additional amenities available for your convenience. You can also extend your days in the solarium. Notably, the electricity costs for months, April/May/Sept are 12.00 €/night, while it is 5.00 € / night for June / July / August. From October to March, it is 18.00 €/night.

Check-in time is 4-6 PM and check-out time is 9-10 AM.

Die Spülmaschine klemmt unten in dem Sockel, die Tür zur Terrasse ist defekt, die könnte man von außen so aufdrücken. Unten im WC ist der Ablauf des Spülbeckens undicht.... Viele Grüße Kuno Haardt

De manier waarop wij werden onthaald bij Ardennes Online is echt belachelijk. De directe mededeling, er hangen overal camera's, er zitten geluidssensoren in de muur, jullie moeten stil zijn anders komt de politie, en jullie moeten om 12.00 uit het huisje zijn. Allemaal zo enorm overbodig en net fraai gecommuniceerd. En dan het huisje zelf: - Gordijnen hangen aan minimale oogjes, vallen er bij bepaalde kamers bijna af. - Verwarming staat constant aan, bediening is van hoe en wat hangt erbij, maar dat werkt niet. Blijft warm. - Minimale inventaris qua keuken, geen snijplank te vinden, klein kookplaatje voor een 8 persoons huis. - Muren zijn allemaal smerig, onder de dode vliegenlijkjes, spinnenrag en afgebrokkeld stucwerk. - Diverse lampen in huis defect, en de lampen die het doen lijken wel spotlichten, zo fel zijn ze. - Het tuinmeubilair is ook oud, parasolpoot is zo ruim, daar kunnen er bijna twee in. - Enorm saaie inrichting, alles is wit gespoten, huisje ademend geen gezelligheid. Pluspunt zijn de bedden. Deze liggen wel echt goed. Douche en kraanwater zijn ook lekker warm. Ligging is ook leuk, perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een dagje Durbuy. Maar wij komen hier niet meer terug. Was leuk voor een weekend.

Fijn huis, leuke sauna en grote tuin met tof speelhuis voor de kinderen. Hier en daar mankementjes aan het huis zoals het ontbreken van een deurklink in een van de slaapkamers of het missen van een lichtbol in een van de lampen aan het bed. Het huis was niet super netjes gepoetst, we vonden bvb onder het bed nog oorstokjes van de vorige bewoners. verder was ons verblijf zeer aangenaam, winkels dichtbij en rustige omgeving. Perfect om tot rust te komen!

Wir waren vom 5. bis 12. August hier. Schönes Haus, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Spielgeräte für die Kinder perfekt! Ausstattung im Haus top. Obwohl es immer Dinge gibt, die weniger so sind. Beispielsweise lässt sich keine einzige Toilette abschließen, die Plastikgartengarnitur ist ausgetrocknet und klapprig (sogar der Stuhl ist zusammengebrochen), die Treppe knarrt sehr (4 untere Stufen) und der zentrale Flur ist aufgrund der Größe sehr laut. Trotzdem hat es mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht und das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Alle Annehmlichkeiten in Bezug auf Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe und natürlich Durbuy, wo Sie auswärts essen oder etwas trinken können. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen!
