Located on the 2nd floor, with a Queen Master Bedroom and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room and a newly installed dishwasher. This unit is second row from the beach with beach access right across the street. Relax at the beach across the street or at the pool just steps away. The condo has a great view of Carolina Lake from the master bedroom, nice community pool, designated covered parking, and few minute walk to downtown/boardwalk. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions of Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Lake...you can walk across the street to the Farmer's market on Sat., the free outdoor big screen Family movie night on Sunday and anytime to feed the ducks, walk the trail or let the kids frolic in the playground. Just steps from the ocean, cute unit at a great price. This unit has a 4 burner flat cook top stove, toaster oven & microwave, coffee pot and kitchen has all pot and pans, dishes, glasses and flatware. Condo also has a full size stack washer/dryer and dishwasher. NO PETS/ANIMALS HD basic Cable TV. All linens, towels are provided. Everything the host reviewed went as expected. Only one issue with the deck when it rained it will drench everything you may be drying out. Great location for food, ocean, and the boardwalk. Great value location.

Very Nice Condo, close to Boardwalk at Carolina Beach! Easy access to most everything near-by. Great time with family for July 4th. Yes, I would rent it again. Owner was very nice, and easy to deal with.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Way too many steps to carry stuff up and down. Not that you can help it but, people up above us were nuts. 630 til 8 am like running from sliding glass door in front to back open and closing it. Smoking pot morning and night, smell was crazy. TV in bedroom did not work and the one in living room was nuts to work. 3 different remotes. Overall nice distance to beach,awesome pool and nice space. Need up do date TV and better mattress.

Nice Place

Overall this was a nice place to stay. It was clean and well furnished. They even provided us with beach towels to use. Beach access was very close and easy to get to. Parking was great -- covered parking. The only two things that we could "complain" about would be that we had to make & strip the bed ourselves. We're not used to having to put sheets, pillowcases, etc. on the bed when we stay somewhere. No big deal, but it seemed odd to us. The other was that the kitchen was a little shy on silverware. There were 3 of us and not enough silverware to have 3 meals without having to do dishes. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay!

The location of this condo is great. Walking distance to everything Carolina Beach has to offer. Our 15 year old enjoyed the park across the street. Everyone we met was friendly, owner was great to work with.

In the heart of it all

Great place to stay with your small family. No frills and just as pictured. If you need minimal this is the perfect place. My husband, 4 yr old and I enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to the small lake walk park, restaurants, and very short walk to beach front was perfect for us! Having the pool was a plus. There is no view of the beach and you can hear every movement of the neighbors above, every squeak, drop and back n forth. The cable was out and the wifi only good in the livingroom, but that didn't stop us from having a good time. The owner was very pleasant to work with and accomodating. We would definitely book again! Suggestions for couples going to stay with a child, there are no plastic cups, plates and the tub has a weak plug for bathtime. Thank you Mel for sharing your place with us!

Fun time at Caroline Beach!

The condo unit was perfect for our stay. Loved the location - close to the beach, boardwalk, Squiggleys, and lake (market on Saturdays). The unit is a little dated but clean. No oven, but there is a toaster oven and we didn't miss it for our three-night stay.

Family weekend

Great access to the beach as well as walking distance to the boardwalk and most of Carolina Beach. Our family loves it here. This was our 2nd time staying here and we plan to return.
