Perfect for family gatherings, escapes, retreats or seasonal vacations

This spacious cabin is 2000 sq ft of relaxed living. Completely furnished, sleeping 11 people, has all the kitchen amenities needed to ensure that home cooking, dining experience. The full kitchen is supplied with a crockpot, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender and all the utensils and serving dishes needed. BBQ utensils are also supplied. Master bedroom/bath has a king size bed, with plenty of dresser and closet space. Next to the master bedroom, the room has 2 twin beds with a dresser, TV & VCR and an optional 3rd mattress. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, bunk beds, dresser and large closet. The 4th bedroom has a queen canopy bed, dresser and large closet. Bedding & towels are supplied, along with a full size washer and dryer off the dining area. Next to the large living space you'll find a wood burning fireplace complete with firewood. The recreational side of the home has a pool table, foosball, and card table. Relax and enjoy!

Our family of 5 and dog stayed here over the summer. The house was great, plenty of room and the kids loved learning to play pool and shuffleboard. The location is great for morning and evening walks and is close to the main strip for restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at Dustin's cabin! He was the best host! He answered all my questions and needs. He even ordered some items and had them delivered to the house. For example, a new 65" tv, pool sticks, can opener, and frying pans. Top notch customer service! The cabin is a great place to stay and with the gameroom it was never boring hanging out with our family. Very close to restaurants, stores, and bars. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. This is the second time we have stayed and highly recommend this cabin!

Cozy home perfect for multiple families

We had a wonderful stay with 2 families of four. Property was perfect for what we needed. Well stocked kitchen, nice fireplace, and great pool table. Lots of fun for a family stay

Nice Getaway

It was enough room for everyone, enjoyed the games, pool table and shuffell board. Masterbed room tub has high steps, better to use the other shower if can not climb into tub. Overall it was a nice place, our family would stay again.

Wonderful Mountain Escape

A very nice cabin in a very quiet neighborhood. We went up to have a family weekend in the snow and had a great time. Easily fit 6 adults and 3 kids with room to spare.

Great winter vacation!

Cabin was clean and pleasant. Our family of seven plus two dogs stayed for 7 days and had a great time. Location is great as the cabin is close to many restaurants and shops. The game room was great as it kept us all entertained. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this cabin and would stay again. Thank you! the cabin

Cabin was very cozy, very nice, great location, spacious,stocked with everything you need. Seen couple spiders inside & front window was broken looks like a BB gun hit it, messaged host & never responded… overall it was 1 of the best rentals I’ve stayed. Definitely want to stay again

Labor Day Weekend

Beautiful cozy cabin! Cabin had something for all ages (3-17 yrs old) of kids we took to play with. Game room was a hit! Enjoyed the back patio and neighbors very friendly. Definitely going back!

Excellent week with the family

There was plenty of room for everyone. The games at the pool table area was a lot of fun. The comfy living room is adjacent to the game/pool table room which was a great way to mingle. The front and back patios were comfortable. Everyone had a good time and can’t wait to rent this cabin in the future.

Great location and very relaxing!

This cabin was great for our large family! We came to Pinetop for the annual Run to the Pines carshow and this cabin is only a couple miles away! Our family enjoyed going on walks in the area and using the fooseball, poker, and pool table in the cabin. The kids also enjoyed the swing and hammock in the backyard. Kari was very accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with! Would highly recommend this cabin!

A spacious place surround by pine trees with lots of activities inside and out is always a great choice for a peaceful getaway vacation!

Comfy stay room for all 12 of us

Nice rustic , cozy cabin. The kids , teens and young adults enjoyed the pool table, shuffle board and swing outside. Its not flashy or fancy but and plenty of seating and eating areas. It s in a very nice area and good size lot. The kitchen could use more forks, spoons and garbage bags and grill could use a cleaning but that would be my only complaint. Is definitely on list to reserve again

In a very beautiful, woodsy and quiet community. Great location because it's not far from stores and restaurants. Lots of space and they welcome pets. Host was great. Our grandchildren and dog loved it, but the home really needs an upgrade. Carpets have large stains and the place is very worn. Not enough lighting in the living area.

Great house in a great place. Pool table, poker table, etc. Did not get the access code as promised in last 12 hours. Had to contact the host but the posted phone number for him was wrong. There was a lot of phone calls and your people trying to solve the problem. When we got the right number the host gave us the access code.

Nice location close to everything

It definitely needs TLC. Tv's had no remotes. Asked about it never got a response. Only TV that worked was in the living room. The room in the back with twins beds found a dead mouse behind dresser forgot to remove it. Some tiles were uneven kept on tripping. Window in the front of the house was broken. Asked about it got no response about it.

Large living area

This place needs maintenance. It could be really nice but wasn’t because of the following: Inadequate lighting. The cord was cut on the only light in the living room. That left us the overhead light which had two bulbs, one was out. The fan on the light makes a thumping sound if turned on. There was a great pool table there but of the 8 cues, only one had a tip. The tub in the master bathroom is very slow to drain. . There was a very full ashtray on the deck and crushed beer and when we arrived. The front window had the outer pane cracked. The inner pane was still intact. . The eight light fixture over the pool table had only two lights working. The host was in Brazil while we were there and no one was available to fix these items. It’s too bad because this place could have been good. We are old and have high expectations. We were there for a family reunion.

Great location and management but few areas lacking

We booked this as we do every year for our new years couples trip. Communication with owner was great, very responsive! This area is nice because all houses are cabins and if there is a snowfall, because of the golf course it looks like a winter wonderland. The pictures are fairly accurate, living room is huge enough to fit 10 adults sitting, we had 8 and plenty of room, rooms are decent size for two adults and there are plenty of items in the kitchen. There were a few items that I think could be improved, especially in this day and age where the fees are getting astronomical. We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags; we were told they were on property but they were nowhere to be found. Also the linens and bedspreads were worn out and a bit dingy. Had a bit of a scent to it and just dated. The shuffleboard also had no sand on it, we had to purchase that as well (there was mention of sand outside but it was wet and in the snow). Trash also was packed so we had now where to place trash bags we were responsible for. Overall, owner, property were great just a few tips to improve the experience being paid for.

Fall Break Getaway

Super easy drive from Scottsdale. The kids loved the pool table. The neighborhood is amazing and we went on long walks all weekend. Great get away spot!

Great place and great location!

Fantastic place. Highly recommend it. They offer so much stuff to do on site and it’s very close to golf, trails, lake and the town. Can’t wait to stay here again!
