There is an activity room with PlayStation, billiard, table football, dart and air hockey. The pool section with a high-beamed ceiling consists of swimming pool, sauna and a whirlpool for 4-6 people. The house has two separate bedroom sections, each with their own bathroom. All bedrooms and mezzanine have frame mattresses. The kitchen has all the domestic appliances you need and has an open connection to the dining section. Access the large terrace from the living room. The house is heated by geothermal heating and energy saving heat pumps. Outdoors there is a swing, sandbox and other playground equipments. The two open terraces are suitable for soaking up the sun. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
