Charming cottage for 4-5 people. Le Patio du Mûrier is a holiday home located in the heart of the village of VERS-PONT-DU-GARD, less than 3km from the famous Pont du Gard, an exceptional ancient site inscribed on the World Heritage List of the UNESCO.

The cottage is our "guesthouse", located in one wing of the house. It is a stone house in the village with private parts, completely renovated inside with quality materials;

You will find authenticity, charm and comfort. On 3 levels, it has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen size beds, silent fan, a lounge area with wi-fi access, a bathroom; the sofa bed in the living room allows a 5th extra bed. On the top floor, a veranda and a "Solarium" terrace with a view over the rooftops of the village allow you to relax and admire the stars. On the ground floor, you can enjoy an interior courtyard and a flowered patio in the shade of the century-old mulberry tree. Sun loungers, a small outdoor table and garden chairs are arranged on the different floors to take advantage of the good weather. Freely accessible laundry area to do your laundry for free. The cottage is equipped like a house with its DVD player and screen, utensils and beautiful dishes, kitchen with ovens, coffee maker, small refrigerator, toast.

Minimum rental 3 days the rest of the year. Sheets and towels are provided.

The house is nestled in a small narrow cul-de-sac in the heart of this historic stone village of Gard, a stone's throw from Place du Village, its small shops (bakery, press, pharmacy, restaurants) and its 19th century laundrettes century. You can park in the village 200 meters from the house.

The region is full of cultural and sporting activities. This pretty village in Gard Provençal is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Uzès, 1st Duchy of France, the arenas of Nîmes and the Palais des Papes in Avignon.
