Bright and well-kept holiday cottage located on a level natural plot approx. 200 m from the ocean and beach. You have a small view of the ocean and dunes from the window in kitchen and living room. The house has a modern decor with open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Modern furnishings in Danish design. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and low-cost heating. There is also an energy-efficient heat pump. Open terrace facing east, south and west. The large terrace area is sheltered from the wind and has 2 windbreakers you can use to convert the terrace into a secluded patio. No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
