The couch in the living room folds out for guests so seven people can sleep comfortably. The patios on the front and back of the town home are wonderful to relax at the end of the day in the shade after being on the beach. Community pool is close by to cool off in. Only one car pass per stay for this property. Home owners Association only allows one car pass for a two bedroom condo. There is no additional parking at this complex.

RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation before 60 days of your arrival you will forfeit $250. If you cancel between 60 days and 30 days of your arrival you will forfeit your 50% prepayment. If you cancel 30 days or less of your arrival date you will forfeit the full amount of your rental.
