Hilton Head Resort is the best value on the island and this two bedroom- two bath, WiFi equipped unit is one of the nicest at Hilton Head Resort! The balcony has a great view of the marsh, golf course and the ocean!

The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless appliances. All furniture and bedding has a bright and cheerful beach themed décor. We are located in the preferred Building Two, adjacent to the main pool and close to our private access to the ocean.

There is no smoking inside the villa but smoking is allowed on our comfortable balcony that has a beautiful view of Robert Trent golf course, lagoon, marsh and ocean. The pool has a Tiki Bar with an adjoining grill/convenience store with WiFi internet capabilities, bike rentals and more. The food from the grill is quite good there is a full service bar inside. Beach toys and boogie boards, etc. are also available.

Our gated resort is centrally located and has 24 hour security. Enjoy our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool with kiddie pool which is located at our great year round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track. Not in the mood for a swim or work out …Not to worry because our resort also has 6 lighted tennis courts. All amenities are available free of charge to all guests.

It is a short leisurely walk over the marsh on our private boardwalk (or you can hop on the resort's beach shuttle) that ends at Coco's On the Beach, a quaint little 'oasis'; and steps beyond that is the nicest beach you will find on Hilton Head Island. Along the way, enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh which is abundant with wildlife, including egrets, herons and crabs. You will never worry about crowds at this beach and it is truly beautiful.

Golf is just steps away with The Robert Trent Golf Course (located next to the property). This course is famous for the #10 ocean hole. The view approaching the hole is spectacular and can be viewed from our oceanfront grill, “Cocos”. This private cabana has restrooms, food and drink and is good place to take a break from the sun or wait out a brief rain shower.

Whatever you want from your vacation you can find at Hilton Head Resort.

We love the Hilton Head Resort. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and its location within the resort. Host was easy to communicate with. We appreciate the many hooks within the unit to hang clothing, suits, etc.

We had an amazing stay! The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Documents sent explained the check in and out process very clearly and answered all questions before they needed to be asked. Rental was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The resort as a whole is also great with lots of activities on site. The indoor pool was on point with the cooler temps during our stay. We absolutely loved the marsh view and being able to see the ocean from the balcony of our room. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk is lovely.Thank you!

The condo itself was fine. It was minimally furnished and I do wish the owner would put a fitted sheet on the primary bed that was actually large enough. Waking up every morning on a bare mattress was not fun. Some extra blankets would have been nice too. The overall property itself was so-so. There is only one elevator per building and each building is huge. The elevators apparently misfunction a lot and one of the buildings did not have a working elevator the whole time we were there. The elevators are also really small with no ventilation. The hot tub never worked the whole time we were there either. You’re supposed to lock your bikes up in one specific place, but there were no signs to tell us where that was, so we had to get one of the maintenance people to show us after we walked all over trying to find it. The boardwalk to the beach is really long and narrow. There is a shuttle, but it only has 5 seats and it’s not large enough for your beach stuff, it’s just a golf cart. You are allowed to ride your bike down to boardwalk. The outdoor pool was nice and there was a restaurant there, which was really nice.

Claire, Thank you for your review and bringing condo issues to my attention. I wish you had reached out to me regarding the bedding, our housekeeping could have resolved that problem the next day. The elevator that is out of order is long overdue for repairs, supposedly a part on backorder - but I was told that the part is in and repairs will be complete this week. Very sorry for the inconvenience during your visit. All the best! Bill

Excellent location and quiet place

We had a wonderful time!! Condo was clean and comfortable! Great location next to the beach! Condo has beach accessories as well, that was very nice! Coco’s on the Beach restaurant at the the end of the boardwalk was awesome!! Overall wonderful and relaxing experience!!

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was extremely responsive and offered flexibility though luckily our stay wasn't affected by storm Debby. Loved the golf course/ lagoon view and Coco's on the beach was awesome too! Highly recommend!

Short walk to beach

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

Everything was just as listed. Very well stocked, and nice location away from the busier parts of the island but not far away either. The resort has a lot of amenities available too. The property owner is very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay!

Xmas in Hilton Head

Our family spent 11 days at tbe HH Resort over the Xmas break. Condo was great and we enjoyed our time there. Nothing beats a morning walk along tbe beach.

Our stay was very enjoyable for us and our three grandchildren ages 15, 18 and 7. The accommodations were nice. We had a few minor issues but our host was very responsive and got those corrected. The facilities were nice with indoor and outdoor pools and an indoor walking track. The boardwalk to the beach was an added feature for us. We enjoy watching the wildlife in the way to the beach.

Amazing Property

This was an amazing property that we had a great time staying at. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very attentive to our request. The property was a great location with many amenities and close to many things to do. The beach bar was awesome as was the many restaurants close by. Can't wait to go back and stay here.
