Great place and location

The apartment was clean and conveniently located near the beach, lots of restaurants, and the metro. The host was helpful and responsive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Olga's place.

Great Apartment in Convenient Location with Excellent Amenities

I had a great stay at this studio in Barcelona for 3 months. One of the best things about the apartment was the well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The internet was also excellent, with a fast connection of 50mbps. This was important for me because I was working from the apartment during my stay. Olga, the host, was very helpful and responsive to any issues I had with the apartment. In addition to the great amenities in the apartment, the location was excellent. The studio was located right in front of the Barceloneta metro station, making it easy to get around the city. It was also just a 10 minute walk from the beach, which was a great bonus. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this studio and would recommend it to others.

Great location; small space with the essentials.

Apartment is ideally situated to walk in Barcelona or to hop on metro for longer distances. The unit has had hard usage and could use some repairs/refreshing. For example, left bedroom window does not close completely and handle will not lock. Ironing board cover is in tatters. Something melted on large stove burner and will not come off rendering it unusable. Nothing is deal killer, just needs some attention. I would rent here again.

Casa Mueva - Alojamiento excelente

Todo es muy limpio y hay suficiente cuchillería, vajilla, etc. Literalmente junto a Barceloneta metro y muy cerca a Estació de Franca, asi es muy facil viajar. Olga es una persona muy amable y comunicable. Considerándolo todo, lo recomiendo como base de operaciomes en Barca!

Unbeatable Location!

I loved my stay at Olga’s apartment. The check in was very smooth and she spent time walking me through the place. She is very responsive every time I contact her. The location of the apartment is unbeatable since it’s very close to almost anything. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona.

Great apartment in Barcelona

Before I get into the review, I want to express my gratitude to Olga for her kindness and help to my daughter. My daughter was scheduled to stay in the apartment until April 14th but had to leave early to return to the US because of the Coronavirus travel restrictions. Olga was so kind and helpful to her. Even though this was a crazy time for everyone, Olga made sure to communicate with my daughter and to offer any assistance she could in helping her to get home. Olga went above and beyond what anyone would expect and our family is so grateful for all that you did to help our daughter. My daughter lived in this property while studying abroad and it was perfect! The apartment was clean and modern and well-kept. The building is very safe and in a good neighborhood. Olga was so sweet and very helpful. I highly recommend for anyone traveling to Barcelona whether for short term or long term stays.

Great location!

This was a perfect location for our son and his girlfriend who were in Barcelona for a study abroad experience. They were excited to have such a lovely apartment, so convenient to both school and the beach. Metro right outside. Safe location and nicely furnished. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay!

Small but excellent location and confortable

As advertised, the building is new, very secure (closed front gate with guard 24h). The neighbourhood is very pleasant (Port Vell marina 2 minutes walking), and Metro entrance just in front of the door. The place is silent with the windows closed and the central air conditioning is quiet and efficient. Completely equipped. Confortable bed with extra set of bed linings. I was offered help if I needed, as well as a cleaning service at extra cost. Neither was necessary but nevertheless it can sometimes be useful. The cons: It's very small, although you'll be surprised how good the space was thought. I would recommend it for a single person or a couple for longer stays. With kids things can be messy. There isn't a balcony... Things went just like planned with the owners. If you don't need a lot of space and want to enjoy the convenience of the location, I would recommend this place.

Confortable apartment in a great position!

Small but beautiful apartment, fully equipped and the best solution for two people visiting Barcelona. The apartment is located near the Barceloneta beach (around 10 minutes walking), the subway is just in front of the building and connect you all around the city. The owner is kind, flexible and everytime available. We strictly recomend you to choose this apartment if you really want to enjoy Barcelona and its nightlife.

Great apt- close to the beach and everything else

We just got back from a week in Barcelona and we loved our time at the apt. It is in a nice building and is literally a 5 min walk to the beach. Olga is really easy to deal with and met us when we arrived. The unit has a washer/dryer which is a big help when you're traveling for a couple weeks. Apt is a bit snug so more than 2 people would be a stretch in my opinion.

An excellent place to be in the earth of Barcelona

Une location très bien placée, la station de métro était en bas de l'immeuble tout neuf. Possibilité d'aller à pied au centre ville. Je pense que l'été cela doit être encore mieux, car l'appartement n'est pas loin de la plage. Appartement petit mais fonctionnel.

Excellent location and amenities!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 8 nights. The building security was fantastic. The space is excellent--IDEAL--for 2 people, perhaps 3. The furnishings are well-appointed and very tasteful. The location is extraordinarily convenient to all sites (most within walking distance), the Metro (a station right outside the door), restaurants--many to choose from within a few minutes walk, and shopping. There is a wonderful fresh seafood, fresh produce indoor market just a few minutes walking distance, there are several excellent bakeries and several good supermarkets in that same area. This location is also convenient to the beaches and our host, Manuel, was particularly helpful when we arrived. If ever we return to Barcelona, this is certainly where we will stay!

A perfect stay!

The apartement was perfect for a short stay of one week. It was clean, comfortable and perfectly located! In just a few minutes you can reach the beach, the harbour, the ramblas, the gothic quarter and the Parc de la Ciutadella! The metro station barceloneta is right in front of the main entrance of the building and several supermarkets were just seconds away! The kitchen was fully equiped and provided everything we needed! Manuel who welcomed us, was very friendly and gave us some useful tips! All in all we enjoyed the whole stay and felt at home from the first moment and on our next journey to barcelona this will be our favourite place! It is definitely a recommendation!

perfekt!

Wij kwamen een hele week naar Barcelona met onze 2 kinderen. Dit appartement was perfekt voor ons, we werden door de supervriendelijke eigenares ontvangen, het is centraal maar toch rustig gelegen, vlak bij het strand, helemaal in orde met alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben, proper, modern, er is een supermarkt in hetzelfde gebouw.... Een echte echte aanrader in Barcelona. We komen zeker eens terug

Amazingly romantic stay

We went to Barcelona with our little baby so for common sense we discarded going to a hotel and instead rent an apartment. I really dont know how to express the experience. We felt so comfortable, so welcome, so at home, that everything was really easy with our baby, slept perfectly and we has such a lovely time with him. Also with the great catering we had everything taken care of, and we were able to relax, and make use of the special atmosphere in the apartment to enjoy of incredibly romantic suppers .. We are really thankful to Olaga and Manuel, for being so helpful and caring. It's a time in our marriage that we will treasure for our lives.

REPITO SEGURO!!!

Estuvimos superbien,..el apartamento era nuevo, super bonito y supertranquilo (ni un ruido), nos hizo un tiempo espectacular que pudimos aprovechar al màximo porque està solo a 5 min. de la playa de la barceloneta, el ambiente del barrio estaba superbien,...chicas,...lleno de surferos, por la noche estabamos en en el centro de la ciudad, guai para salir a cenar y copitas. Olga y Manuel supersimpáticos,.... Repetimos seguro, vaya,...espero que mi comentario os sirva de ayuda a la hora de escoger apartamento en Barcelona,...yo si vuelvo repito!!!! las cosas buenas se han de compartir. Lorens. Besitos.

We spent a marvellous week in Barcelona. The apartment is furnished in a very tasteful way and well equipped with everything you might need. The rooms are nicely cut, the beds are comfortable which is nice after long Barcelona days. It's very well connected to public transport with a metro station within a short walking distance.The landlords are very friendly. A top choice for visiting Barcelona. great apartment, clean, nice furniture, modern, friendly owner, quiet place! would highly recommend to anyone!
