Guest must be over 25 years of age. No illegal drugs at any time on the property . No glass around the pool or in the hot tub .Any guest renting our home will have to sign a rental contract ahead of time.
I expect guests to be very respectful and treat the home as if it were theirs.. And also leave everything in the same condition as when they arrived.
No house parties allowed and please do not touch any of the audio video equipment system. If we have to have a technician come out for repairs, you will be responsible for the costs.
Propane costs are free up to 10% of tank level. Then $99 fee.
