DISCOUNTED FOR END OF SUMMER RELAX AND ENJOY YOUR PRIVATE POOL, PATIO & TIKI BAR

Our outdoor living space is waiting for you to come and enjoy this summer. In the summer months our pool and spa have a POP UP cleaning system so there is no hose and vacuum floating around to interfere with enjoying the swimming pool.
We also have a Palapa Pool Bar for added outside entertainment and comfort. Relax poolside on a comfortable chair and a cold drink in the shade of the patio and sun blinds. New pool deck and patio just completed.

Beautiful non smoking home with separated bedrooms for ultimate privacy, and large open areas for multi use.

The master bedroom is located on one side of the home with a large walk in closet and access to the pool and spa. Master bath has an updated walk in shower and dual sinks.

Two bedrooms with shared bath are off the living room with a TV in each room. This is perfect for the kids. The bath has a tub/shower combo and one sink.

The fourth bedroom is located off the family room with it's own bath and TV. This bath has a shower and sink.

There is one full size sleeper sofa in the common area, and another in the living room for additional guests for an additional cost.

The large open kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for entertaining and preparing gourmet meals. The dining room is open to the kitchen for games, eating and visiting.

There are TV's in all 4 bedrooms and the living room plus you can enjoy movies on the DVD with surround sound and listen to your favorite music on the CD player

The peaceful, large back yard is very private and has a pool with waterfall spa, along with a Palapa pool bar with beautiful landscaping.

The home backs up to a large open area with walking trails and a park nearby with climbing equipment, basketball hoop, horse shoes and sprinklers to cool off on those hot days. There is also shaded sitting areas.

Great property and pool

Beautiful and comfortable home. Was perfect for my husband and me, our 3 adult daughters and granddaughter. 4 bedrooms -1 with king and 3 separate bedrooms each with a queen bed.We loved the hot tub and pool once we received the updated instructions.

Perfect Family Time

Everything was just perfect. The host was phenomenal from pre-arrival to departure. We used the home for a family get together and it was everything we wanted. The outdoors area, poolside, was relaxing and the neighborhood peaceful.

Great property

Very nice for family to get together. Clean well maintained, only issue I had was I had to pay to heat a hot tub or pool. I never saw any place where that was mentioned. So when you want to use hot tub you have to turn on heater and off. In the welcome brochure on the table only says what it would cost if the hot tub heater would burn out from not turning heater on and off correctly, but again it doesn’t state you pay for propane to heat pool and hot tub. This needs to be disclosed in the advertising of property. Other than that we enjoyed everything about this property.

Amazing pool and home!

My sisters and I loved staying at this home! The location is central, very clean and well stocked for essentials. There is a ton of sleeping space and the master bedroom is huge! The pool and spa were so fun and provided entertainment all weekend! Thanks again Perry!

Great Place for Large Families

Our family is quite large and while we need multiple houses it was nice to have a place we could meet for dinner each night (with the owners permission) The family that stayed in this house loved it. Great pool & spa as well. Plenty of seating and space for sleeping. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again.

Such a great house and host!

This house was very nice, very clean, a perfect layout, with plenty of room. Nice garages, patio cover and the pool was wonderful! Perry was a great guy and very accommodating, probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a short term rental. Everyone in our group commented on how much they enjoyed the place! Perfect…just perfect

We had a family of 6, hosting Thanksgiving week/dinner. Perfect space both indoor and outdoor. We never felt crowded. Home was nicely stocked with all we needed. Plenty of pots/pans and utensils to cook with. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and sunshine. Communication with the Perry, the host, was easy. The week was perfect. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

Great house for large group of adults!

House Floorplan is perfect for 8-10 adults, plenty of space, nicely appointed rooms and the backyard pool, spa, palapa bar, bbq and patio was perfect for all of us to eat, play cards, swim and relax in the spa. Weather was great for hanging outdoors in the evening. Home owner was very responsive to my silly questions and I would highly recommend this home. 5 mins from new Marina, so quick and easy to get to our boat each day.

Beautiful home

We had an awesome time, the home is beautiful and very comfortable. The pool and spa were clean and refreshing. It is a great location, about a 8 minute drive from the lake. I look forward to staying here again in the near future.

My wife and I grew up in Alberta, Canada and we enjoyed all the summer and winter activities that a northern climate has to offer. The winter weekends were filled with snowmobiling and skiing in the rocky mountains, and in the summer you would find us camping at a lake enjoying boating, fishing and roasting marshmallows at an evening campfire. I had an opportunity to move to Phoenix Arizona in 1984 and since I had a sister that was nursing there at the time, I decided to make the move. I instantly fell in love with the warm climate and desert architecture, which is very different from where I was raised. Sherry came and visited a few times and she loved it as much as I did. We had some business opportunities back in Canada, so in 1988 I returned to Alberta where we were married later that year. Sherry and I along with our son Sean have traveled to Hawaii and Mexico as well as Phoenix to hopefully find a place that we would like to spend more leisure time. There are plenty of beautiful places but nothing that we felt was exactly what we were looking for. A friend told me about Lake Havasu and we started researching it on the internet. We came down for a few vacations and quickly discovered that Lake Havasu has all the features that we were looking for in a vacation spot and second home. We hope that you will come and enjoy our home as much as we do.

Sherry and I researched Lake Havasu City for a long time before we went there. Our biggest concern was that the pictures looked so beautiful that we may be dissapointed when we see it for ourselves. Much to our amazement, it was even nicer in person than it was on the internet. The Lake is fantastic and the beautiful red rock makes for great boating and fishing. With the intense heat of the summer months, we knew we would need to have a swimming pool at our house. There are many days we simply sit around the pool and spa and enjoy the great mountain views and water games that our home has to offer.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are centrally located to whithin only a few minutes to the downtown shopping area and about 7 minutes to the London Bridge and beach area. Behind our home is a walking path and a new park nearby with horseshoes, basketball, slides, and a Grilling area with tables and washrooms. We take pride in the luscious landscaping and fantastic interior features of the home, along with the monthly pest control to have peacefull evening dinners.
