Located in one of Dubrovnik old town's buildings, our newly-renovated, air-conditioned, two bedroom apartments are within short walking distance from Dubrovnik's main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet side street to ensure a restful stay. Fell the unique atmosphere of old town Dubrovnik, we are dedicated at providing the best possible level of service to ensure that your visit to Dubrovnik will be a memorable one.The apartments are just several minutes' walk from Dubrovnik old town's harbor and Stradun, the main street. The nearest sand and pebble beach is just a 10 minute stroll away through Dubrovnik's charming, pedestrian streets.

Explore cozy restaurants and cafes set in the charming, pedestrian walkways and squares of the famous old town Dubrovnik. There are many banks and cash points within the old town, as well as a main post office. The colorful food market and other supermarkets are also located in the vicinity.

We offer our dear guests a two bedroom apartment for rent. The apartment is located on the second and top floor, completely furnished and tastefully decorated.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning/heating and internet access. The apartment has its own entrance to ensure full privacy for our guests.

Second time staying here

Need I say more. Great view and very comfortable, except for the climb. That’s the price you pay for a view like this.

best spot in old town

Easily the best place in old town. Many windows with amazing views, kitchen has everything you'll need, A/C, and lots of working spaces. Owner met us at old town gate and walked us to property so we could get our bearings. We did make a request during our stay and it was promptly met. Host was very accessible and nice. There are stairs like anywhere in old town, but the terrace is worth it. This place is better than the listing's pictures. Highly recommend

House Hilda Dubrovnik

Our stay was great, the apartment was just as we hoped it would be clean, tidy and situated with a fantastic view of the Old Town and walls. Srdan our host’s communication was faultless, meeting us and taking us to the property. As you’ll know Dubrovnik is historic and the charm is built on the steps that lead up and down the streets. Be aware that the steps can be steep and you will need a level of fitness to negotiate them. That said it was well worth the hiking! One slight suggestion for improvement would be a cafetière or coffee machine to make the most of those brilliant views in the morning.

Schönstes Appartement mit Blick auf Altstadt

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Trotz vieler steiler Treppen, würde ich mich immer wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Einzige, was fehlte, war eine Kaffeemaschine. Selbst über einem Filter zum selbst aufbrühen hätten wir uns gefreut. Der Ausblick und die wunderschöne Terrasse waren atemberaubend und der Vermieter supernett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen! Bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns ☺️😊

Amazing Views of Old Town

This apartment must surely have the best balcony and views in all of the Old Town. It’s located at almost the highest point of the city with a sweeping view over the whole town and the harbour. It was clean, well equipped and more spacious than we expected from the photos. Communication with the host was excellent. We were met at the Buza gate and shown the way through the streets to the property. The apartment is in a quieter street, but only a short walk from many restaurants and bars. There are good air conditioning units in both bedrooms and also in the lounge. The wi-fi covered the whole property and got around 40Mb/s. There’s a lot of stairs from the centre of town up to the house. The stairs inside the house are narrow and without a rail. If you struggle with stairs then this may not be suitable, but if not, then the view is worth the climb.

Better than advertised

We were very impressed when we saw the view from the terrace of the Old Town. It was a very comfortable place to stay for six nights. There are two bedrooms and a nice kitchenette. The second floor opens to the terrace and has a nice couch inside and outdoor furniture on the terrace. The climb is almost to the wall at the highest point, so the stairs require a certain level of fitness. Well worth it though if you can do it.

Wonderful apartment within touching distance of the city wall

Just returned from a fantastic week in Dubrovnik. Srdan was a fantastic host and as for his apartment we couldn't have asked for any better. the views from the terrace are stunning and as the weather was very hot we spent a fair bit of time there, just watching the people walk by on the city wall. The apartment had everything we needed and more!! Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and we felt so lucky to stay within the city walls. There are steps to climb but we discovered that some routes are easier than others. Would we return.......most certainly.

Best balcony and views in Old Town

You won't find a better balcony or view in all of Old Town. Pictures don't do it justice. Comfy upstairs TV / rec room opens on to a balcony that has a sweeping views of the entire city, island of Lokrum, the stone wall, and the Adriatic beyond. Open the sliding glass door for fresh sea breezes and chirping birds. The balcony also has outside table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as sun beds for lounging. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and kitchen was very spacious. Conveniently located inside the city walls at the top of the steps.

Great apartment with fantastic veranda overlooking the city

A great apartment with stunning large veranda from which you can see the whole wonderful city and sea. So lovely sitting out in the evening with the little birds swooping around. Air conditioning is good in the bedroom s aiding sleep although we were fairly exhausted as there are so many steps in Dubrovnik. You do need to be fit for this apartment as popping out for a pint of milk requires consideration of carrying shopping up the steps. Host was helpful and welcoming and met us in the town on our arrival to guide us to the apartment. The location is excellent- and you can walk to the sea for a swim/jet skiing or trip to Lokram. It is away from the noise and bustle of the Main Street and virtually at the same height as the top of the city wall contributing to the fantastic view. The decor is simple good quality. We really enjoyed our week here.
