Dripping with modern poise and a dual colour palette of both dark and bright neutrals, its location is as alluring as its aesthetic: take a scenic stroll down the canal, walk amongst the greenery of nearby Shoreditch Park, or make your way to exciting Angel to the west or trendy Shoreditch to the southeast.
Touches of retro mix with modern furnishings in the living room to create a simultaneously sleek and warm feel. An L-shaped sofa sits against a dark wall, facing a panelled entertainment unit with a widescreen TV. Softly lit by floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll feel welcome and comfortable in no time. On the other side of the room, the dark wall extends to the dining area, which presents a more sophisticated aura with its giant vintage mirror and large retro dining table with room for six.
The open-plan space continues through to the kitchen – and so does the off-black aubergine colour palette, which interacts the cream cabinetry to great effect. And never fear: you’ll have all the amenities you’ll need for your stay in here.
The principal bedroom is the sleekest space in the home, bringing an ultra-modern minimalism with a partially panelled feature wall, against which a king-sized bed sits in repose. The second bedroom showcases the dark and bright colour palette superbly, and features a single trundle bed that can convert to a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The bathroom, accessed near the entrance to the home, is clean and sleek, offering a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.

Camden Passage is one of the best-kept secrets in London — a gorgeous winding street tucked behind Angel Station, where some of the most charming boutiques and independent eateries north of the river can be found, as well as the famous pub the Camden Head, which holds stand-up comedy nights every evening. On the weekends, Camden Passage holds an antique market to rival Notting Hill’s (although it is somewhat smaller). Close-by runs a section of Regent’s Canal, lined with several excellent pubs from which you can watch canal boats and dog-walkers cruise on by.
