Appartamento Mariuccia I is a welcoming apartment situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps three people. From Appartamento Mariuccia I you will have a view of the nearest building. Appartamento Mariuccia I is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be on the promenade of Vietri sul Mare, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach.
Appartamento Mariuccia I is located on the second floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Mariuccia I. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.  Living Room
The living room is paved with bright sea green majolica tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
