We will welcome you in a typical farmhouse of the early twentieth century, surrounded by greenery between the hills and vineyards of Monferrato, in a sunny position, finely restored with particular attention to the preservation of historical details.
The renovation took place recently, between 2017 and 2018, so this is the first season of tourist hospitality.
The farmhouse consists of two apartments, of approximately 90 sq m each.
The "Margherita" apartment, located on the first floor, with characteristic brick vaults, is complete with every comfort: large bathroom with shower and washing machine, two large bedrooms (one double and one with three single beds) and a kitchen equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer; to complete it all, a very liveable terrace, overlooking the green slopes surrounding the structure.
The farmhouse also has a brand new swimming pool exclusively reserved for guests of the two lodgings.
For our younger guests, in the lawn in front of the property, there is a children's area with swing, slide and playhouse.

The owner Gabriele Pestarino, continuing the family tradition, for 20 years now, has dedicated himself with passion to the cultivation of his own vineyards and consequently to the production of indigenous wines.
The love for his territory led him to restore this ancient farmhouse, in order to accommodate those who want to spend a holiday of tranquility, relaxation and contact with nature, tasting if they like, the products of his land.
The "Veritas" farmhouse is located on the edge of the Capanne di Marcarolo Natural Park, an ideal destination for exciting excursions on foot, on horseback and by mountain bike, which covers an area of approximately 8,000 hectares, on the border between Piedmont and Liguria, in the area dominated by Mount Tobbio.
A few kilometers away are the Lavagnina Lakes, surrounded by pretty lakes where, during the summer season, you can cool off with a nice swim.
For those who love shopping, about 20 km, in the municipality of Serravalle Scrivia, you can easily reach the fantastic "Mc Arthur Glen Designer Outlet", where you can find, at affordable prices, the most prestigious clothing brands at an international level.
In the immediate surroundings, graceful towns are located, such as Gavi, known for its Fort, a spectacular defensive fortress built on the ruins of a medieval castle; and Acqui Terme, thermal center famous for the remains of the Roman aqueduct and for the sulphurous spring located in the so-called Piazza della Bollente, in the historic center of the city.
About half an hour by car, accessing the A26 motorway from the Ovada exit, you can reach the city of Genoa, an ancient maritime republic and today a crucial hub of maritime trade, and the most renowned resorts of the western Ligurian Riviera.
In this regard, in the charming town of Varazze, there is a cabin reserved exclusively for guests and a dedicated discount at a seaside resort.
In just over an hour, by car and train, you can reach the cities of Turin, with its refined architecture, and Milan, the capital of fashion and design.
