Marriott's Playa Andaluza is a real beach resort and is located in Estepona, near the "millionaire's Paradise" of Puerto Banus.

The location: Not so far from Marriott's Marbella Beach Resort Marriott developed a second resort on the Spanish Costa del Sol: Marriott's Playa Andaluza. The resort is quietly located and easily accessible from the N340 coastal road, the most southern road of Spain.

The resort: The resort has beautiful exotic gardens and is situated directly on the beach. At the resort you will find Matas Verdes Beach Bar, Solera Restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, a beautiful sandy beach with sun beds and parasols, several swimming pools, including a large heated indoor swimming pool, a children's pool and an activity pool with slides. There are several whirlpools, both inside and outside. There is a Marketplace for your daily needs, a modern fitness centre, an Astroturf sports field and a concierge service available to book all your activities.

The apartment: The apartment buildings of Marriott's Playa Andaluza consists of 4 storey’s. The apartments are fully furnished and all have a large dining area and a living area with sliding patio doors towards a private balcony. In the living area you will find a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a music center. Wi-Fi is available for free. The apartments have a modern and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, water cooker, complete silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. There is a private laundry room with washer and dryer, iron an iron board and enough space to store your golf set, sport equipment, suitcases, etc. The apartments have heating and air-conditioning. Marriott's Playa Andaluza offers 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. All apartments have a master bedroom with a luxury king-size bed with oversized quilt and soft feather pillows. There is a connected bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, double washbasin and a separated toilet. The other guest rooms have double beds and all have a bathroom with bad/shower, washbasin and toilet. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and sufficient wardrobes. The surface of a 2-bedroom apartment is 105 M2/1130 sq. ft. The 3-bedroom apartments have a surface of 135 M2/1453 sq. ft. The following services are included in your rental price. You will receive a daily tidy service including the replacement of used towels, making of the beds and filling of the dishwasher if needed. Marriott will also offer you a mid-week cleaning in which the floors will be cleaned and the pool towels replaced. At the end of the week the townhouses will be fully cleaned and linen will be replaced. You will really be taken care of down to the last detail. You will receive the service of a hotel while having the space of a complete home. The 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apartments offer sleeping capacity to a maximum of 6 people: 4 in the bedrooms and 2 using the queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The 3-bedroom/3 bathroom apartments offer sleeping capacity to a maximum of 8 people: 6 in the bedrooms and 2 using the queen-size sofa bed in the living room. De guestrooms can accommodate 2 persons.
