4 New TV's - 2 40' and 2 32' - all with cable. (TV's in every bedroom) and DVD player in the living room.

Very comfy and roomy cottage with a full living room, dining room, and kitchen.
For those rainy days there is also a large detached garage to watch the rain, allow the kids to play inside, or play darts. Everyone can also enjoy the ping pong table, air hockey, foosball table, pool table takes quarters, good old dart board. A great man cave or children's game room with a radio and CD player to make the space perfect for family fun. The garage is used for a summer recreational area with a screened garage door and a tiled floor.
You can also enjoy the horseshoe pits, BBQ, new patio furniture (2 outdoor love seats and 4 big comfy chairs), extra lawn chairs there for use as well, picnic table to enjoy meals outside, and a basketball net for a quick game.
Lots of parking available for your vehicles or boat trailer.

Enjoy every thing Sodus Point has to offer. This cottage is located downtown allowing you to walk to 5 restaurants, all within 5 minutes. Captain Jacks has great pub food located right on the bay. DJ's during the day to make for a fun lunch. And DJ's and dancing at night. Abe's restaurant gives you great dining, buffet breakfast in the morning, and great lunches. Also located right on the water. Abe's also offers you great night live with live band's and DJ's on the weekend with dancing on a outside deck on the water. Coop Deck is another pub you will enjoy that is right on the water. The Bay Street restaurant gives you high quality dining and the cutest local bar in town. The home of 120 martini's and high quality meals. Back Alley Grill gives you great food until 2 am most nights. You can also walk to the ice cream stand and enjoy their huge menu ... a great treat after a day at the beach.

In the summer :
You can walk to the Bay Side beach or the Lake side beach in about 5 minutes. Both have lifeguards and are great to take in the sun or allow the kids to enjoy the water.
You can also walk to the park for the kids with many climbers, swings and slides.
Our cottage has 2 adult bikes for your use to ride and take in all that Sodus Point has to offer.
Rochester's large water park, Sea Breeze, is a 1 hour drive and allows you a huge water park for the whole family.
Fishing Charters are readily available at many of the docks right in Sodus Point. Or bring your poles and have the fishing store just a walk away.
Boat rentals available in Sodus Point.
Sunday concerts at the lighthouse in Sodus Point. (Jazz bands, blues bands etc).
For those who love shopping the Waterloo Premium Outlet mall is only 30 minutes away.
