Exclusive apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and capacity for 4 people.

Beautiful and renovated 70 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally (05/01 to 10/31), open-air parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 Smart TV, iron, hair dryer.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Couldn't ask for a better view or, location! Wouldn't say it was a deluxe apartment, It is a lovely apartment but needs some TLC certain things need replacing such as the ironing board, the stand alone fans in the bedrooms (no air con in there) the roller blind behind the TV (didn't open) plus one shutter on the main window opened when we got there but wouldn't shut and there was a leak in the bathroom under the sink into the drawer and onto the floor which had been there for some time by the condition of the drawer we had to mop up three times while there we did report it but had no response plus there should have been a hairdryer provided but there wasn't and none of us had taken one (we usually do) so not too happy about that. But would stay there again.

Heerlijk wakker worden met de zee rondom je!

Het appartement was goed gelegen en pal op het strand. We hadden een magnifiek zicht op de zee en alles was licht en ruim. De bedden waren ok en de lobby van het gebouw werd elke dag gepoetst door een hele vriendelijke man. Het enige minpuntje was dat er net genoeg bestek en servies was (van alles 4 stuks) en dat we niet konden streamen op tv. Voor de rest was alles perfect en willen graag terugkomen!

La ubicación. Vistas impresionantes. Supermercado justo abajo. Sillas y sombrilla es un detallazo. Lavadora no funcionaba. Pero no fué un impedimento. Ni siquiera pasamos el aviso. Lo informamos después a la salida.

Las vistas, impresionantes. La situación muy buena, en primera línea Demasiado alto. Quizás faltaba algo de menaje y mantas en Semana santa. Ponía que estaba abierta la piscina, pero no lo estaba
