This spacious two level 3 bedroom and 3 full bath Penthouse unit has over 2,050 sq ft of living space allowing the whole family to stretch out. The 2 lanais, lots of windows, numerous skylights and vaulted ceilings make it very bright and airy. Being on the 9th floor, it is a very quiet location. There is only one other unit on the 9th floor and no other floors above us.

The entire condo has undergone a full renovation that was completed October 2020. The Penthouse has a new A/C system (most units do not have A/C).

There are 3 bedroom suites, all with private baths, their own A/C, flatscreen TV and plenty of closet space. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed with a tub/shower combination. This bedroom has sliding doors that open up into the living area and sliding doors to the lanai with beautiful views of Lana'i. The main floor second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a shower in the bathroom and a beautiful mountain view. The second floor loft bedroom has a king size bed with a shower, plenty of extra lounging space and its own lanai with a fantastic view of the ocean & Molokai. All of the bathrooms have double sinks. Although all of the rooms have A/C, opening up the sliders is a perfect a great way to enjoy the trade winds and still be able to hear the ocean.

The fully equipped remodeled kitchen has full size appliances, plenty of counter space and equipped with all of the conveniences of home. Some additional appliances include a rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker and coffee grinder. There is also a washer and dryer located inside of the unit.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on one of the 2 lanais. Choose to look out onto Lana'i from the downstairs lanai or go upstairs and look out at Molokai. The perfect place for watching the most amazing sunsets.

Sands of Kahana is located on a sandy swimmable beach. The waves are gentle enough to get in the water and float around but large enough to offer some variations during the day. There is a vendor onsite in which you can rent paddle boards and other equipment. The unit is equipped with 4 beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, some snorkel gear, sand toys and beach towels. You will find beach chairs and loungers down by the ocean and around the pool.

There are two pool areas at Sands of Kahana. One that is specifically designed for small children that allows them to play safely in a wading pool and the other that includes a large spa overlooking the ocean.

There is a restaurant onsite that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect place to grab something while you are at the beach or a dinner when you just don't feel like cooking.

You will find spacious gas BBQ stations downstairs that are cleaned daily and offer prep counters. You will find all of the necessary BBQ tools in the condo to make sure that you can prepare the perfect meal.

There are two gyms onsite that offer both cardio equipment and weight equipment. You will also find pickleball courts, a basketball court, tennis courts and a miniature golf course.

If golf is what you are looking for, you are a short drive to the courses in Kapalua and Kaanapali which are some of Maui's best courses. We are located just a couple minutes outside of the Historic town of Lahaina which offers several restaurants, bars, art galleries and shopping. A perfect place to go in the evening to walk around or to grab an ice cream in the middle of the afternoon.
