Apartment at the feet of the Alps

The apartment is in the very south of Germany, very close to the border of Austria. You have a beautiful view on the first mountain chains of the Alps and the famous castle Neuschwanstein of King Ludwig. It is just 8 km apart.
The new renovated appartment (65qm) is on the top floor of our house. It is sunny and spacious and itĀ“s well equipped for 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms - the frist bedroom has got a doulble bed (2x2m), the second two single beds and the third one big single bed (1,60x2m). You will have TV and free WIFI.
From the balcony thereĀ“s a beautiful view of the mountains and the sunset.
Our guests have their own access to the apartment over an exterior staircase via the balcony. Kids can play in the garden.
The apartment is a nice starting point to lots of pleasure activities and culture attractions. Right from the house you can start with various hiking or bicycle tours. Paragliding is possible from the Iittle mountain right next to the village. In the area there are lots of beautiful lakes for bathing. Cultural attractions are the famous castles of Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau and Linderhof, the beautiful old little towns FĆ¼ssen and Oberammergau. Munich, the capital town of Bavaria is just 100km apart and itĀ“s easy to get there by car or train.
The house is in a small and calm village named Buching which is a part of the community of Halblech. Within 5 walking minutes thereĀ“s a big new grocery store, a cheese diary and a butchery. About 2 km further thereĀ“s a nice health food store.
ThereĀ“s also a bus stop in the village, but itĀ“s best to come with a car to move easily around. Another way getting around is by bicycle. ItĀ“s a wonderful cycling area - either in the plain or hilly area or in the mountains.
The next airport is in Munich (150km) and in Memmingen (100km). The next train station is in FĆ¼ssen (12km).

Die Alpen in Sichtweite.

GerƤumige Wohnung, wir waren zu zweit, Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Man kann von der Wohnung aus schƶne Wanderungen unternehmen. Parkplatz ist eigentlich auch gut , man hat Zugang,weniger Meter,zu der Treppe zur Wohnung. Alles bestens. Wir hatten eine schƶne Zeit. Der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. "Top"

Lage toll, aber Wohnung eher nicht

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der im Inserat aufgefĆ¼hrte Parkplatz stellte sich allerdings als Mƶglichkeit dar, den Wagen am StraƟenrand zu parken. Der separate Eingang der Wohnung befindet sich nƤmlich nicht auf der Vorderseite des Objekts (welches im Inserat als erstes Bild zu sehen ist), sondern auf der RĆ¼ckseite (ist auch eine andere StraƟe). Die Zimmeraufteilung (drei Zimmer: eins mit Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten und eins mit einem Queen-Size Bett) ist toll und das Wohnzimmer auch schƶn groƟ. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz von der GrundflƤche her (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund). Allerdings ist es schon sehr stƶrend, dass - bis auf die KĆ¼che - alle RƤume mit DachschrƤgen waren. Da die Decken auch holzvertƤfelt sind, wirkt alles sehr dunkel und eng. Ɯber den verwohnten Zustand der Wohnung wurde ja schon in den Kommentaren geschrieben. Das hƤtte mich nicht so gestƶrt, aber es war leider speziell unter den Betten und SchrƤnken auch nicht wirklich sauber (habe zwischen Bett und Nachttissch auch noch ein Nasenspray vom Vormieter gefunden). Das bezieht sich teilweise auch auf das Geschirr und die Fenster. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhƶrig - man hƶrt z.B. die TĆ¼rklingel von unten, als wƤre es die eigene (die es aber gar nicht gibt). Die Lage ist allerdings sehr schƶn und die Gegend insgesamt toll.

Sehr gemĆ¼tlich und super Ausgangslage fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge

Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten aber sehr gemĆ¼tlich. FĆ¼r alle war genug Platz da (2 Erwachsene 3 Kinder). Uns hat gefallen das auch viele Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden waren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Klasse.. zu FuƟ kann man zur Sesselbahn laufen und den Buchenberg besuchen. Auch der Pfarrer Mayer weg ist sehr schƶn zu laufen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und es war kein Problem das wir spƤter kamen da wir ewig im Stau standen.

Gute Wohnung in super Lage

Wir haben mit zwei Kindern (6monate und zweieinhalb Jahre ) und zwei Hunden hier Urlaub gemacht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett u hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gerƤumig und hat im Grunde alles was man braucht. Zu beachten sind die tiefen DeckenschrƤgen, wenn man groƟ ist muss man oft gebĆ¼ckt laufen. Und evtl sollte man wegen der Treppe Ć¼berlegen, die ist fĆ¼r Hunde weniger geeignet ( Gittertreppe). Bei uns hatte der eine Hund Hƶhenangst und musste getragen werden und der andere hat sich eine Kralle heraus gerissen. Gibt jedoch auch gute TierƤrzte vor Ort :-) Die Lage ist wunderbar, FĆ¼ssen ist um die Ecke und wir hatten bei einem zehntƤgigen Aufenthalt keine Langeweile. Danke fĆ¼r die gute Zeit!

Zumutung

Wir sind auf dieses Objekt gestoƟen, da wir die Passionsspiele in Oberammergau besuchen wollten und es fĆ¼r uns ( 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind 3,5 Jahre) fĆ¼r diesen Zeitraum keine Unterkunft verfĆ¼gbar war. Die Wohnung hatte schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, da wir vom Zustand der Wohnung enttƤuscht waren. Alles war in einem abgewohnten Zustand , selbst die StĆ¼hle auf dem Balkon waren teilweise notdĆ¼rftig geflickt. Auf Grund meiner ehem. AuƟendiensttƤtigkeit habe ich schon bessere Monteurwohnungen gehabt, aber als FEWO ist es eine Zumutung

The place is lovely to stay at. It's open and has easily enough space for 5-6 people for sleeping. In that the kitchen will be quite full. The host are very nice as well and will give good advice for spending the time somewhere nice

Praktische Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Praktische Ferienwohnung mit vielen Zimmern leider ohne SpĆ¼lmaschine. Ansonsten alles gut. Metzger, KƤserei und ein EDEKA nur 5 Minuten zu FuƟ. Superschƶne Umgebung mit vielen Wanderungen ab der HaustĆ¼r.

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat uns die RƤumlichkeiten in Ruhe gezeigt. Die RƤumlichkeiten waren Ć¼beraus (!) sauber und wir haben uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt fremd gefĆ¼hlt. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wiederkommen.

Family Holiday

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The neighborhood is quiet, restaurants and shopping within the village are within a few hundred meters, and the views are beautiful. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and explained everything about the apartment and the area so that we felt comfortable and at home as soon as we arrived. We loved our visit--wish we had stayed at least another day, and hope we can return.
