Spacious apartment in the Levante area, Benidorm. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Capacity for 6 people.

It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, community swimming pool + children's pool open during the season, barbecue and communal outdoor dining area subject to community rules, children's area, private parking space with maximum height of 1.90m, 3 ceiling fans in bedrooms, 1 Television, iron.

The independent kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

- Check out before 11:00h

- The lift is accessed from the first floor.

Fab fab fab!!

Very well equipped apartment Lovely pool, not too cold! We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment... beautiful area with big garden , pool , park and bbq...excellent WiFi service , plenty of storage and space ... thank you again, for a wonderful stay If I had to choose something, it would be the bbq , was a bit run down, and not clean ... A smart tv upgrade would really be amazing

We had an amazing holiday in Benidorm. The apartment was nice and in a great location.

The space of the apartment was great. The balcony was an amazing size. Location was perfect. It would of been nice to have sun loungers around the pool. The double bed was really squeeky from the springs. There was not enough dinner plates for 6 of us if we wanted to eat in. There was nothing to warmer food in the microwave if we wanted to / only 1 plastic jug.

Average at best

Only one air conditioning unit in the living room all three bedrooms very warm. Decor and maintenance has been neglected throughout. Lift did not work for 24 hours beware there is only one if you have mobility issues-12 flight of steps. Video the apartment in full as landlord tried charging us for exiting damage. You get what you pay for it is a 2 star apartment

Posizione ottima, letti comodi e casa bene organizzata. Cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari e balcone stupendo. L'unico piccolo "problema" sono state le tapparelle che non si chiedevano perfettamente e per questo motivo all'alba il sole ci ha svegliato più volte.
