Our 2nd Home Unit is positioned on the Front, South Corner of the Tower South. From Both Bedrooms and Living room, there is nothing between You and Your View of the Ocean all the way down the Beach. See and Listen to the Relaxing Sound of the Sea Gulls and Ocean from anywhere in this Home feeling Condo.

This is a Very Unique and Highly Prized Location within this Famous and Family Friendly Resort. Our Home is located on the 8th Floor of the 15th floor Tower South Building. There are 3 elevators in the building to get you to Our Home quickly. We have Re-Modeled and Completed in January of 2023. For your use we have supplied a generously equipped modern kitchen with all the conveniences you would expect in a home of this quality. The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, Flat Screen, CD/DVD player, private entrance to main balcony and a Terrific View of the Beach, Ocean and Pool. The attached master bedroom has a private bath. The second bedroom features 2 Single Beds with its own entrance to the Balcony and a Fantastic View of the Ocean. The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom with a Beautifully Tiled Shower with Power spray plus Mist and Massage Shower Head. Our 2nd Bedroom also features a Flat Screen TV & DVD Player. *Rates include linens.*

The living room includes a Flat Screen TV, CD/DVD player, sleeper sofa with ample seating, and of course that Amazing Ocean View as far as you can see. See this Magnificent Ocean View from the large balcony. This balcony is furnished with High Top Table and High Top Chairs. Perfect for outside dining and entertaining with Family and Friends. It also includes 2 Rocking Chairs to suntan, read and relax if you do not feel like going to one of the several pools. Feel free to use our locker full of beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc…

We do have Free SECURED Wireless Internet Available.

This is a Non-Smoking, No E-Cigarettes & No Vaping Devices of Any Kind Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).
We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.
We also offer Wi-Fi and Cable (both bedrooms & living room have Smart TV's & local phone calls all at no extra charge.

After your meal The House of Blues or Alabama Theater offer top rate entertainment for the evening. Also Walmart, Kroger's, Public's, Bass Pro Shop, Myrtle Beach Mall, Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet Mall, Alligator Adventure, Restaurant Row and more are all less than 10 minutes away.

During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm
until the following Saturday and check out will be at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 3 night minimum (we do have a cleaning fee).
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.
