The host communicated from initial booking to check out making the process of checking in/out easy. The condo was extremely clean proving all the necessities needed for cooking, and a few things for a quick i weekend getaway. Highly recommend booking this place whether it’s for a full week or a quick getaway. Looking forward to staying again

The condo is great! There are beach items for the kids to use and beach chairs. We left more for future guests to enjoy. There is a beach access to the right of the elevators which was super nice and a short walk.

Nice spacious clean accommodations, resort was very close to many attractions and restaurants. Super friendly staff, indoor pools and slides were great. Communication with host was top notch.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The ocean view from our deck and living areas were amazing. The unit setup was great and worked very well for our family of 4. Love the convenient access to the beach. Our host was responsive to our questions.

Host is absoulutly awesome, the view of the ocean is great! Very nice condo, indoor pool and water slides were the best thing! On cloudy or too suuny and hot days, it was great for the kids to enjoy. We will be back!

The room was clean and in good condition (it’s not a brand new property and a lot of the common areas need upgrading/repair but the room was great). We had a great view of the ocean. The pools were ok, the beach was fantastic

3 stars is pretty brutal, gave you an early check in and everything, hope your next trip to the beach meets your expectations better. I wasnt aware of any issues during your trip. This unit is pretty nice, its one of our better properties.

This unit at Dunes Village was one of the nicest we have stayed in and we have rented there many times. First, the wide view of the beach stretching far to the south was wonderful and the unique layout where the dining area was next to the window was a great idea. The furnishings and decor were very good quality and beautiful. The beds were very good for sleeping. The bathrooms were updated and the kitchen was well furnished with items to cook with and updated appliances. Communication with property manager was very timely and answered all our questions before and after we got there. Additionally the location in the building was on the end so very little traffic by the room or noise from other units. Overall, a great experience!

Everything was as described, and the views were amazing. We've stayed at a lot of different places over the years at SC and NC beaches, and this was the first one that had blackout curtains--finally! As somone who is light sensitive, I was so appreciative of not being woken up early because of thin curtains. Our kids loved the waterparks!

We had a really great stay at the resort and were very happy with our experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away.The fully equipped kitchen was a nice bonus and had everything we needed for simple meals. We also really appreciated the spacious two-bedroom, two-bath layout—it gave everyone plenty of room to relax.The balcony with ocean views was a highlight, especially for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. It was also great that the unit included beach gear. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and water slides, which were a fun extra—especially on days when we wanted a break from the beach.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

Beautiful views and wonderful stay at this property. Room exactly as shown in pictures. Great location. Kids loved the water slides and the daily activities. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would stay at this property again.

Amazing view!

Beautiful condo. Well equipped with everything that was needed. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Great for families. I would definitely book this condo again.

Nice place would stay again

Property looked just like it did in the pictures. Well stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Layout worked well for young children. We enjoyed our time in this unit. Building itself was very busy at check-in but being able to go straight to the room very helpful.

The condo was very nice and had a beautiful view. It's not within walking distance to restaurants, but the location otherwise was perfect. Not too crowded, very clean, and the beach was perfect. Highly recommend.

The resort is located on 52nd Avenue which has is surrounded by mostly residential which makes for less crowded beaches, but dining and attractions will be a short car ride away, thanks for staying with us Debra!

Great ocean front condo for families!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo! PROS: - Very clean - Comfortable beds - Large bedrooms and bathrooms - Great views - Super fun amenities for kids - Easy communication with owner - Convenient location - close to lots of stores, restaurants, activities, and Ripken baseball fields CONS: - Parking across the street - Small kitchen with minimal storage for groceries - Tight space around dining table - Small, noisy washer and dryer

Dunes Village Retreat

This is the perfect place to stay in Myrtle Beach if you have young children. The options are endless from the water park to the beach!! You are close to everything Broadway At The Beach, Bearfoot Landing, and limitless options for restaurants. Anthony was a great host with great communication and the condo has everything you need for your stay. I almost forgot the best part the view is amazing you can see the entire Myrtle Beach coastline and no other hotels in the way it's unobstructed!! Definitely would book again!!

Great Condo and fun vacation

This is our 4th time coming to Dunes Village for April vacation. We love the location…a bit North of the busy downtown Myrtle Beach. Beach is quiet and pristine! The unit was updated and clean. Views were great. Comfortable mattress and kitchen fully stocked. W/D in unit was great. The resort facilities are “tired” and could use updating and a good power wash. Pools, waterslides, activities areas are clean.

June 2026. I want to be very clear in separating the condo itself from the resort property.The condo was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything in the unit was functional during our stay. The water pressure was great, we had plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the large Keurig coffee maker. Another thoughtful touch was the closet stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards for guests to use, which we were happy to contribute to before leaving. We truly have nothing but positive things to say about the condo itself.However, the condo is located within Dunes Village Resort, and our experience with the resort was very different. The resort areas felt dirty and run down. The pools did not appear to be well maintained, and we noticed clumps of hair floating in the pool water on multiple occasions. The water slides were also extremely rough and left our backs sore for a couple of days after using them.Overall, the privately owned condo was excellent, clean, and comfortable, but the resort property and amenities were disappointing and did not meet the same standard as the condo.
