Guests have access to the entire apartment. Gorgeous wrap around porch with gas grill. Covered front deck with beautiful views of the lake. Enjoy central air throughout the entire apartment. Large bathroom with over-sized shower with dual shower heads.

Ample car parking available. Guests with boats, personal watercrafts or canoes/kayaks can launch at Dunham's Bay Marina (located next door to the apartment) at affordable daily rates.

Awesome place

The house is really nice and extremely well kept. Kasey is a great host and will do everything she can to make your stay as great as i.t can be. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend i.t to friends.

No cellular service and not conveniently located if you plan on walking to tour Lake George

I would say that this property is not conveniently located if you want to be in walking distance of Lake George Village, shopping and restaurants. It is several miles outside of the Village and you will NOT have cellular service. I have Verizon Wireless and my friend has AT&T and neither had service at all. When I advised the owner that we had left the home because there was no service, I was told "If you turned on WiFi calling on your cell phones you would of have had full cell phone service as the apartment is connected to WiFi. If you were not aware of WiFi calling I would of been more than happy to assist you." I advised the owner that not everyone has cellphones that have WiFi capability and that this should have been something that is noted in the description. When I booked the rental there was no mention of the home being located where there is no cellular service. There is now a note that says "For clear cellular service enable WiFi calling on your cellular device." Be advised, you will not have clear cellular service, not even spotty service. You will only have cellular service if you have a cellphone that allows WiFi enabled calling. On another note, the home is located in a nice area, however there were several things that could, and should, have been addressed within the home. The dishwasher door was broken, the kitchen sick faucet was very loose (almost falling off), there were many ant traps throughout the kitchen, and the bathroom faucet had a constant drip, and we were only there for approximately an hour before I decided to get a hotel.

Beautiful Peaceful Lake-house

Highly recommend this beautiful, cozy, and well stocked house looking out over Lake George! The views from the deck and enclosed patio were stunning and make for such a peaceful vacation.

Family visit

We rented this comfy apartment while visiting family. The location was perfect. Loved waking up to a beautiful view of Lake George each morning. Kaisy was quick to respond with my questions. The apt. was comfortable, parking in back was perfect and I loved the great deck!!

Family Vacation

The apartment was as advertised. Clean, spacious, great views of the lake from inside and outside on the deck, had any amenity you’d need especially in the kitchen. My family and I enjoyed our stay, much nicer than being squished in a cheap hotel. Communicating with the property owner was easy and friendly and we were surprised with a nice ornament made by them to remember our trip!

Dunhams Bay Stay

Our apartment #1 was clean and supplied as advertised when we arrived. It is good sized with two king size beds and a pullout couch in the living area. Kasey responded to any texts via VRBO very quickly. I like the location because it's not on top of the village, which is for tourists. I have friends and family who live on the east side of the lake, Cleverdale, Kattskill Bay & Pilot Knob, so it works out well for me.

2020 Vacation

Great Place to stay. We rented and used our boat that is docked close. Great views of the lake. Just be aware that you need to drive to get to LG Village, beaches, hikes, etc. There is one restaurant next door. Have Fun!!

Kasey is very responsive. Lake George is a beautiful vacation destination.

The property is nice. It is a very spacious apartment and could easily hold more than 5 per the property rules. Kasey was very responsive with all needs and questions. The boating on the lake is a difficult process. First time boaters on Lake George beware! You must make plans well in advance and research all rules and regulations of bringing your own boat to the lake and make sure you only deal with reputable marina owners. Please note, this is not the fault of the property owners. They tried their best to assist us with the challenges once we arrived and found that we had dealt with a marina owner that provided us with inaccurate information.

View of the Lake

The property was amazing! Huge views of the lake. There was plenty of space on the deck and in the sun room. The grill was awesome and the check in process was super easy. I would absolutely recommend and stay again myself.

October 2019

Our daughter's wedding was at Dunham's Bay Resort and we wanted to take some extra time in Lake George an extend out stay. Because Dunham's doesn't allow pets we had to make other arrangements. This house is right next door. We rented both sides and it could not have been more perfect for our family. The units are fully stocked - much more so that any other VRBO I've used to date. The view of the lake is wonderful. The large deck has ample seating and 3 BBQ's. We never could figure out the tv situation but because it was a smart tv we did binge a Netflix show! We would, without a doubt, stay here again and highly recommend either side (or both)!

Spacious & comfortable for a group

This apartment is just a short drive from downtown Lake George attractions. Great to have a quiet retreat and be close to everything. The unit has everything you might need during your stay. The highlight is the view of Dunham's Bay and the porch area. A couple items of note: * make use of the well-equipped kitchen, as restaurants & takeout offer few options outside of pizza, * cell signal was low but wi-fi in the house worked well. Owner responds quickly and made check-in and check-out painless. Would stay here again.

Great location, nice apartment

The apartment was great and Kasey was a very nice host. Plenty of parking for cars, boat etc. Do your homework first if you plan to easily access the lake with a boat (shame on us on a holiday weekend). Apartment had everything you need..very comfortable there. Could use a deep cleaning after a summer of renters. Would def go back.

Awesome!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here for the weekend. It was perfect ! Very clean, great location, right next to the wedding venue. This place had everything we needed.. towels, utensil, dishes. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed sitting out in the sun room and also out on the deck! Also, the shower is a HUGE PLUS! Showering in luxury hahaha. Thank you so much !

Very relaxing

We had an excellent stay at Kasey's place. It was just like the pictures showed. Everything we needed was at the house and it was very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely place to stay! Very clean, comfortable - delightful.

It was perfect for our2 families - we each rented a side and shared the outdoor cooking, dining space and yard for the kids. The view is great. The beds, bath and kitchen were terrific. However, be prepared to not be able to dip your toe in the lake across the street. It's a private dock/beach with no access nearby. This was not a problem for us - as we rented pontoon boats in town and spent the day on the lake and had big family dinners at home - then popped back into town for ice cream etc. This is a peaceful setting - removed from the bustle of town but close enough to enjoy all that Lake George has to offer.

Beautiful House, Outstanding Host, Phenomenal Stay!

You could not find a better host than Kasey. Not only was the apartment spotless, but she was so kind and helpful. She also answered emails very fast, and even had had a cute welcome sign for me and my friends outside the apartment along with a binder left on the kitchen table of attractions in Lake George. We had more than enough room in the apartment and the view of the water was beautiful. My friends and I were more than pleased with out stay, and will DEFINITELY be back soon.

A wonderful weekend getaway

The apartment felt like home. It was comfy and Kasey had everything we needed...from coffee to clean towels and bed linens and all kinds of cooking utensils, dishes, etc, etc. Included is a beautiful view of the lake! Thank you Kasey for helping to make our weekend gettaway wonderful.
