Guests have access to the entire apartment. Gorgeous wrap around porch with gas grill. Covered front deck with beautiful views of the lake. Enjoy central air throughout the entire apartment. Large bathroom with over-sized shower with dual shower heads.

Ample car parking available. Guests with boats, personal watercrafts or canoes/kayaks can launch at Dunham's Bay Marina (located next door to the apartment) at affordable daily rates.

Nice clean property - excellent experience!

Stayed here for 4 nights with family...location is convenient - i quick 5 minute drive from downtown Lake George and all restaurants/activities. Kasey was just amazing - super responsive with any inquiries we had while we stayed. House is kept very clean, nice big bathroom, fully stocked kitchen - absolutely no complaints - would stay here again!

Great stay

This property was excellent. Location is perfect. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Would come back and highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at a central location to explore upstate NY.

Perfect for us

The apt (felt more like a little house) was great! Kasey was wonderfully responsive throughout. I especially appreciated that she listed everything that would be available (down to condiments and detergent!) which made packing and planning so much easier. The huge wraparound balcony is shared with just one other unit but shouldn't be an issue even if you prefer some privacy as it is L shaped and each side had a grill. Our kids loved the board games which saved us on rainy days. Would definitely stay again.

Destination Wedding

Property was clean, location was great as it was close to downtown lake george but far enough away to not get stuck in traffic all the time especially with my daughter in the wedding party so lots of coming and going. We were there for a wedding so didn't spend a lot of time at the property but was nice the day after to be able to relax outside with a view of the lake. We were pleased with all the kitchen supplies that we had access to, well equipped! My husband brought his boat and this property was great for him to access a boat launch and owner was accommodating with parking for the boat.

Great rental property!!

Place is clean, pretty up to date and worth every penny.. You aren't allowed to cross the street where the boats are in the picture but you are just minutes from Lake George village..

Picturesque place on Dunham Bay

The rental is lovely and we will stay again. It has a large deck and big living room and updated kitchen. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed. The shower is a huge walk in. Place is clean and stocked with all you need. Quiet and decorated with a cozy feel. Takes about ten minutes to get to village. Owner responsive.

October 2019

Our daughter's wedding was at Dunham's Bay Resort and we wanted to take some extra time in Lake George an extend out stay. Because Dunham's doesn't allow pets we had to make other arrangements. This house is right next door. We rented both sides and it could not have been more perfect for our family. The units are fully stocked - much more so that any other VRBO I've used to date. The view of the lake is wonderful. The large deck has ample seating and 3 BBQ's. We never could figure out the tv situation but because it was a smart tv we did binge a Netflix show! We would, without a doubt, stay here again and highly recommend either side (or both)!

NIce place. Prperty Manager was very responsive. Could have used some more instructions.

Very nice place to stay. Rates were very reasonable. Very Clean. No cable was a disappointing. Heaters in the bathroom did not work. Overall a very satisfied with our 2 weeks stay.

Beautiful Autumn Stay In Dunham Bay

The house was located on the scenic east side of Lake George with views of Dunham Bay across the street! Four miles from Lake George Village, Outlets and Hiking. The house was clean, with modern appointments such as granite counter tops, nice bedrooms & furniture, hardwood floors in the large living room and large parking lot. The shower was an enormous granite tile vault with two shower heads! Did I mention the great shower? The wrap around porch had three grills and three table/chairs set- ups for outdoor dining. The house manager, Kasey, provided great communication and directions. If in the area, we would defineltly stay with Kasey again.

I went with my son and it was great spot nice view of the lake. If you are either bringing your boat or rent, it is an awesome spot. You can rent a slip right next door from Dunham Bay Marina.

Great family trip

We really had a great time. Family of five, brought 2 air mattresses, plenty of space. House is clean and had pretty much all we needed in terms of kitchen, bbq (didn't use but looked great) bathroom and bedroom supplies. TV had Netflix and a few other streaming apps to keep kids occupied when needed. About 5-10 min drive to Lake George Village so location is great but you do need to hop in the car to get to most places. Kasey was fantastic getting us set up and always in great communication with a few questions we had prior to our trip. Fun times for us!

Perfect location. Beautiful views. Kasey was very organized. She left a nice book for instructions.

Apartment was beautiful and having our names on the doors was a nice welcoming touch. The only thing is they could use new pots and pans. I love to cook even on vacation and thrones they have have seen better days but it won’t stop me from rebooking there again. It was a wonderful time.

Perfect weekend getaway. Even in the winter!

I never write reviews but I will for this! My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay here! The house had everything we needed!!! Very clean! And being I am a clean-freak myself I was joking that the owner, Kasey, won’t even know anyone stayed here because I cleaned as if I were in my own home! Thank you Kasey for everything. I most definitely will think of this place if/when I decide to come out in the summer months.
