300 meters from the sunniest coast of the Netherlands

Our house is located about 300 meters from the bathing beach of Vlissingen. At the head of the Nolle head is beach pavilion Panta Rhei, where you have a beautiful view of the enormous sea-going vessels that sail right along the coast. From here you can find beautiful, quiet beaches towards Dishoek.
Zeeland is a province with many nature reserves where you can walk and cycle beautifully. On the peninsula Walcheren you will find beautiful places such as Middelburg, Veere, Domburg and Zoutelande.
The dunes are beautiful hiking trails and a network of cycle paths. There is always a beach close to a nature reserve or nice town.

A popular hiking trail is the path across the dunes between Koudekerke and Zoutelande. From the high dunes you have a beautiful view over the Westerschelde with on the other side the countryside of Zeeland.

We bought the house a few years ago, and the after that has been considerably rebuilt while retaining its original character. A spacious light extension has been placed on the garden side.

Originally the houses in this street were fishermen's houses. In the beginning of last century, a neighborhood was built around it with stately villas and beautiful parks.
If you want to stay at home; in the wonderfully peaceful deep garden there is always sun. The terrace is a lovely place to sit in the evening. The center of Vlissingen and the cinema CineCity are within walking distance.
The stairs to the top is quite steep, so unsuitable for people with mobility problems.
