We feature six exclusive apartments and an independent villa, all modern, spacious, and beautifully furnished for maximum comfort and quality. Each includes fast Wi-Fi, Smart-TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher), and chip card access. Air conditioning is available upon request, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing stay for couples, families, or friends.

For active guests, Bella Villa is a dream. We offer a large, free storage area for bikes, sails, etc., plus free washing machine use.

Accessible via an internal staircase, this dwelling envelops the senses with warm orange tones, evoking a sunset, and the imposing beauty of the high, exposed wooden ceiling beams, creating a unique, welcoming atmosphere, enhancing brightness and charm.

The living room, with a comfortable double sofa bed for up to 4 guests, blends harmoniously with a modern kitchenette and a beautiful covered east-facing terrace, perfect for breakfasts.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, and oven.

You'll find a comfortable double bedroom with a wardrobe and a bright bathroom with window (shower, bidet, WC).

The apartment offers Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Inclusive in price: High speed WIFI, Electricity, cold and hot water, gas, bed linen at the arrival, heating, final cleaning (At check-out the kitchen clean and in order and rubbish removal - Penality € 50,00) and info for tourist.The guests have free use of a storage area for bikes, sailing and surf equipment, of a washing machine and large furnished outdoor areas where you can spend relaxing moments or let your children play in total safety.
