Remodeled both bathrooms and new balcony furniture provided Summer of 2024! Emerald Isle 1904 is a fully furnished two bedroom / 2 bath beach-front condo with a large private balcony, accessible from the living and master bedroom, overlooking the white sands and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It has two king size beds and sleeper sofa, love-seat. and area rug in the living, a new king size mattresses in "both" bedrooms, and a NEW 25 cubic foot, side-by-side SS REFRIGERATOR all installed in May 2021. New high efficiency AC unit, new clothes washer and dryer, new 58" Samsung 4K Smart TV in living room (June 2023)
, LG 4K smart TV in the master bedroom, "new"Samsung smart TV in 2nd bedroom (June 2024), entire condo completely repainted, new stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, range, and new plank flooring were all previously installed to update the unit. Unit 1904 also has new ceiling fans, light fixtures, lamps, and black-out curtains in the living room and bedrooms. This condo comes with "ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING" directly in front of the elevators eliminating the need to compete for parking. Two Beach chairs and umbrella are included for free with rentals from 01 March thru 31 October every year (a $40 per day value). "For child safety", we have child locks on the doors to the balcony.

Be advised Emerald Isle Resort (not us) charges $40 fee "per vehicle" for parking and for wristbands. This is payable to Emerald Isle in the management office on the 4th floor after settling in the unit.

Back to our Emerald Isle Resort properties, our luxury condominium sits on the west end of Panama City Beach providing a peaceful setting and value away from the noise but only minutes away from Pier Park (1.8 miles to the east). Pier Park is Panama City's newest entertainment destination with shops, restaurants, movie theater, and more. The west end location is near the popular beaches of South Walton and the modern shops and restaurants located along route 30A. Rosemary Beach is only 7 miles away.
