From Piazzetta Moressa, you’ll only need to climb a rare and easy 20 steps to reach the apartment.



Conveniently located, just seconds away, is the charming Bistrò Moressa, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. For any grocery needs, the nearby store is just a short walk away, ensuring everything is within reach.



Accommodation Details

The apartment features a master bedroom with a European standard double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom also offers a queen-sized double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), though it doesn’t feature a window or sea view. Adjacent to this room, guests will find a full bathroom with a shower, accessible from the corridor. A separate laundry room with a washing machine is also available for your convenience. Please note that both bedrooms are fitted with double beds and cannot be converted into singles.



Living Spaces

Guests can unwind in the spacious and light-filled living room, complete with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with everything needed for home-cooked meals, including cutlery, dishes, cookware, a freezer, fridge, electric oven, 4-burner gas stove, kettle, coffee makers, and more.



Modern Amenities

Casa Mimì is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioned bedrooms (note: air conditioning is not available in the living room), and winter heating. While the property does not have private parking, there is a paid parking option approximately 300 meters away. Alternatively, guests can park along the road in the paid blue-striped zones on Via Umberto. Please be aware that finding parking along the road can be challenging, especially during high season.

Praiano offers a delightful array of restaurants and bars, and the nearby Marina di Praia, just a mile away, provides access to water taxis and private tours to Capri. The second local beach, La Gavitella, is a scenic 30-minute walk from the property. Public buses conveniently stop just outside the apartment, making it easy to explore the Amalfi Coast.



With its prime location, Casa Mimì provides an excellent base for visiting the picturesque towns of Amalfi and Positano, both easily reachable by bus or car. Ravello is a 45-minute drive, while the historic ruins of Pompeii are just an hour away. Please keep in mind that travel times may vary due to seasonal traffic.
