Beach Carbo for eight people with pool and BBQ

Villa Beach Carbo is an impressive property located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente, in a very quiet zone that offers the best views over the sea. Completely renovated with the highest standards, the villa offers direct access to the rocky bay of Cala Carbó, while the coastal town of Cala Sant Vincenç, with its fine sandy beach, is just a few minutes' walk away.



Inside, the villa is distributed across different levels and has a total of 4 bedrooms. There is a living room with satellite TV, DVD, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds/en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed (these two bedrooms share a bathroom). The villa offers impressive sea views and Cala San Vicente views from most rooms (which is romantically illuminated at night).



The exterior terrace of approximately 70 m² with a unique sea view, the natural stone barbecue, the outdoor kitchen, the wide teak wood panels and the living room invite the guest to spend unforgettable hours under the Mallorcan sun enjoying the impressive views.

The steps lead to the large main terrace of 120 m² with a private pool. Here guests can enjoy in peace and tranquillity a fantastic 360° panorama of the sea and mountains: a truly unique feature of this villa!

Please note that the villa is not suitable for people with walking difficulties: from the street, you have to climb 110 steps to reach the establishment.



The tourist tax is included in the rates.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
