Welcome to our Penthouse Oasis! Located on the top floor of Emerald Isle Resort with panoramic views, itā€™s just steps away from the sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony! Newly remodeled with tasteful coastal decor for the 2020 season, you will enjoy the included front row beach chairs with umbrella. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

This vacation oasis is located on the west end of Panama City Beach close to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, the sports complex at Frank Brown Park, nature hiking at Conservation Park and the many special events and concerts at Aaron Bessant Park. For the Fourth of July, Pirates Fest, Mardi Gras and all the other PCB celebrations, you can watch the fireworks from your oversized balcony. Your balcony has two chaise lounges, a two-person glider and a dining table with four chairs.

Inside, both bedrooms have king size beds and adjoining full bathrooms. A queen size sofa bed is in the living room. Both the master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Flat screen TVs are in every room and free cable TV and internet service are included. The fully equipped kitchen has a crock pot and both a coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor pool, large hot tub and an exercise room with an ocean view. Stainless steel barbecue grills are located at the pool pavilion.

Amazing VRBO experience

This was one of the cleanest, most simplified and easy access to a unit we have ever had with renting through VRBO. Unit is as described in the listing and the email about arrival, other important information needed for stay and departure instructions where easy to understand and where sent promptly. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great location!

The apartment was super clean, but be aware that whatever is used to clean has a heavy smell. The location is amazing - very close walking distance to many restaurants. Beautifully decorated condo - would definitely recommend!

The view from the 23rd floor was amazing. The condo was beautiful and loved that bedroom #2 had a king bed and direct access to the bathroom. With 4 elevators, we had very little wait to no waiting at all for an elevator.The pool areas were very nice and a shorter access to the beach. Very nice. I'm glad we chose Emeral Isle Condos.

We had a wonderful stay over 4th of July weekend (road trip from Atlanta). Beautiful view from the bedroom/living room. Everything, from apartment access to parking, was straightforward and simple. We would definitely look to stay here again.

This condo is clean and comfortable with several little extras that make a big difference. The balcony is spacious with ample seating. The elevators are quick. Comfortable sofas and beds with extra blankets. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

Absolutely amazing

My husband and I decided to get away for 4 nights to take a breath of fresh air away from stress and work life. This condo did so much for us it was so peaceful and CLEAN! Iā€™ve never been in a condo so clean. All the restaurants didnā€™t have any waits due to off season. We will be back sooner than later w the kids MAYBE HAHAH

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle , have gone many times to Panama City beach and this condo is by far the best we have stayed at . The accommodations were perfect and the condo was beautiful , I was hesitant to stay on 23rd floor but you have the most spectacular view !!! From the security guards right own up to Helen they do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your vacation !!! We will definetly be staying there next year !!!

Amazing! We loved it!

You can't find a more beautiful view!! My husband and I and our 2 and 4 year old girls had an amazing time. The kids loved the heated pool! The condo was perfect and just as described. IT was great having Emerald Isle security around all the time to answer questions and keep watch over everything! We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Great communication with quick response from Helen Phillips she was great to work with throughout my two month stay. Condo was clean the view from the 23rd floor balcony was fantastic and of course all the kitchen utilities you needed were provided. Plan on coming back next year.

Perfect Florida Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic visit over the Labor Day holiday. We wanted one last beach vacation to end out the summer of 2022. This Vrbo did not disappoint. The views are stunning, the beach is one of the best in the world, and the vacation rental was everything we could have hoped for. Getting a parking pass and property wrist bands was a breeze. We were able to park on the first floor most of the time. And the beach chair access was perfect. We spent many hours lounging in the chairs. We are looking forward to making a return trip next year.

Excellent unit, GREAT view of the beach, well kept and VERY clean. Would stay again if in PCB area.

This was one of the best units I've ever stayed in not just in PCB, but anywhere in Florida. Helen (our contact after booking) was extremely helpful and sent us instructions on arrival and exit. Was very impressed with how clean the condo was and that everything we needed was initially provided (towels, toiletries, dish washing soap and pellets for dishwasher, sheets for all beds, etc.). We had four adults and two children under 13. All fit very comfortably and the view was EXCELLENT! Would definitely recommend this unit and property and we plan on staying again when we come to the PCB area next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay. A few things here and there. The electric clock on the Master Bedroom was broken, could not set the time.The battery-operated one in the same bedroom had a dead battery. We never could figure out how to work the TV in the Master Bedroom. With much effort we figured out how to work the TV in the living room. It would help if instructions were left on how to use them. There was dried food (egg) on one of the plastic cooking spoons. The main frying panā€™s handle was very loose and the non-stick coating was very scratched and completely gone in the middle of the pan. Other than the super stuffy elevators, we had a good time.

Great View

I booked this property because I know how HUGE the balconies are at this resort. This was the first time staying on the top 23rd floor at this resort which I loved and the view was awesome! The condo had everything we needed for our week stay and was basically clean. I will stay at this RESORT again but not in this particular Unit until the owner purchases new mattresses (which the manager told me new mattresses are on the way.) I also would like to suggest that the owner change the shower liners - ours were paper thin with mildew stains. The manager was great with communication with us. (Thanks Helen.)

Property was very clean and the view was spectacular.

The property was very nice, but we did not have a good experience. The unit next to ours flooded and therefore flooded our unit. Helen's team offered to move us to another room, but we would have had to move back to our original room a couple of days later. I was in a wheelchair and it would have been too difficult to move. The maintenance group had to put six large fans in our unit to dry out the water. Fans were so loud we couldn't even talk to each other. Other than that, the unit was nice.

Home away from home

Thanks to the owner !!!! We loved your condo and will definitely recommend it to others! Our stay was awesome! The view was breath taking. Dolphins, sting rays, fish and I think we actually saw a HUGE manatee. Next time I WILL take some binoculars. It IS the top floor. The dolphin were out early (6:30ish - 7:30) every morning. We love to eat at The Captain's Table in Panama city and we go every time we are in PCB, of course Captain Jacks because I love the crab legs and it's All You can eat, and Angelos ... best steak EVER. Don't forget Shuckums if you like raw oysters! We had everything we needed in this great condo. Waking up and looking out the door at the beautiful blue-green water was better than meditation. Then morning coffee and breakfast on the large balcony ... I almost didn't want to leave that spot. The lounge chairs were just perfect. Having the beach chairs was also a great perk. If you want to get away and have all the comforts of home, be comfortable, have an awesome view, have a great parking location (little tight for a full size truck but doable) and be close but not right in the middle of all PCB has to offer then this condo is what you are looking for .... BOOK it today! You won't be sorry.

Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. New appliances were a plus and the master shower was awesome. Our only issue was all pots and pans were Teflan/nonstick, but that is a personal preference around cookware.
