On site we provide you with 24 hours front desk /concierge & daily maid service, we will always be there for you. This suite has been designed to fulfill the vacation dreamed, come and enjoy the outstanding views from your balcony.

Puerto Vallarta is growing, as is the rest of the world, and to keep up with this trend you may notice new developments being built around town. As we are located just a few blocks away from the fine dining, art galleries, and entertainment that the Romantic Zone has to offer, there may be some construction noise during the day.

Amazing views

We had a wonderful stay at Resorts by Pinnacle. The condo is clean and well appointed with beautiful views of the bay. The roof top pool and bar is exceptional. The location is great right near Olas Altas street. Would stay again.

10 plus! The Pinnacle is simply amazing. I can not say enough about the service and the location and the accommodations. It’s a must if you plan on a Puerto Vallarta vacation.

Excellent until the end

The place is absolutely beautiful. The staff were so accommodating as well as friendly. Each day someone comes in and cleans. I suggest bringing pesos and not US currency. There aren’t any restaurants, but you are able to have food delivered to you. Make sure you have pesos in order to do this. They do not take debit or credit card for the delivery of food. Overall, I had a amazing time until check out they charged us for 6 towels being dirty. I suggest if you stay please bring your own towels. They will charge you if you dirty WHITE towels. Until the end I had an outstanding time.

Beautiful condo with fantastic views

We stayed for four nights in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite at the Residences by Pinnacle and we loved it. The location is outstanding: just steps from restaurants, stores and shops, and less than five minutes down the hill to the beach. The suite itself was tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable, with sweeping views of the city and the ocean. Our kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances and plenty of glasses, plates and silverware. There was a full-sized washer/dryer set on the patio, with quality washing detergent provided. The two bathrooms were fully stocked with luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The modern furnishings, artwork and blue accent walls added to our sense of peacefulness. Upon arrival, we were greeted like family by everyone. The beautiful infinity pool located on the roof must have the best views in Puerto Vallarta. In short, the Residences by Pinnacle offered so much more than even the best 5-star resort. All of these little "extras" contributed to making our week's stay that much more memorable.

Great, but the little things matter

Over all our stay was pretty great, I wish the listing would have mentioned you could not bring your own alcohol to the pool. One of the rooms smelled so bad, my mom had to sleep on the coach a few of the nights. On the last night my toddler knocked over a glass cup, it shattered into thousands of pieces, it was no big deal but when we called the front desk to ask for a vacuum clearer they said only house keeping could do it? but they had already gone home. I was willing to vacuum it, as my toddler sits, stands and crawls on the ground. they said house keeping locks up everything. How does the front desk not have a key? Are there no emergencies after they go home?

Wonderful condo

We stayed at Residences by Pinnacle and had a terrific time. The condo was beautiful. It has a very open floor plan, large living area and a big kitchen. Watching the sunsets from the terrace were amazing. The building has a really cool rooftop infinity poo and is close to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Nice accommodations and great location.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were not too friendly but addressed needs. Wearing of bracelets and limiting/monitoring our guests (even though it turned out that we did not host anyone) is a bit of an overkill and limiting guests to only 4 in a 2 bedroom/ two bath units is not adequate. We felt we were renting a home for the week and as long as we took care of the unit, kept noise down that our home away from home should not have these limitations. We did not use one bedroom and did much of the towel laundry ourselves, so we thought we were the perfect guests to have. Overall the unit is nice. However the kitchen is dark in the evening and the master bedroom is very bright at night time. All the lights were controlled with one switch, there was no ambiant light in the bedroom for relaxing. The unit is very well maintained, but thre colors are too cold for Mexico and not warm and inviting. There was only a single lamp in the living room. We stayed in unit 203 for one night and would have preferred to stay in that unit the whole time even though it was slightly smaller. It offered more character. Pool is great, bar staff are not on top of service and the gym was an after thought.

AMAZING!!! Best pool ever, and staff was flawless!

The view from our room was beautiful, as it was from the pool! No kidding the staff was the most accommodating of anywhere I have ever bee. We had three rooms at the property, and every room was stunning! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
