Best family vaca location! Spacious 4 bedroom alongside Million Dollar Beach

Less then 1 mile from Lake George Village and right alongside Million Dollar public beach! Spacious two-story home with an open floor plan including living room w/wood fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. Three bedrooms (1 queen and 2 full size) and 1 full bath. Second floor with large living room, large bedroom (1 queen bed and 2 twin beds) and a full bath.

Outside decks off each floor and ceiling fans in every room. House has been completely updated with new kitchen, tile, and carpet. A very comfortable, cozy home with a full wall brick fireplace. Our home is located on the southeast end of the lake, 5 minutes from Exit 21 off I87. We are one street behind the homes directly on the lake. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and miniature golf. 1/2 mile walk to Lake George Village.

All you need in clean, well laid out house near beach

The house is bigger than it appears in the photos. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teens. Two of them had the whole upstairs to themselves if they wanted. It was like a teen dream up there with an extra den and table outside of the bedroom. Main floor has 3 bedrooms and kitchen and nice sized living room with lots of seating. They had everything you could need. All of the little necessities you dont want to buy just for a vacay like extra toilet paper and ziploc bags. Beach is a short walk away. While youre there, rent a boat at chics marina in bolton. Host gave us recommendations for restaurants which were all great. Garrisons and Adirondack brewing were delicious!

Great Lake Cottage

Enjoyed our stay at the Lake Cottage. Property was clean and surprisingly very roomy for our family. Location was great to Lake and town. Would not hesitate to rent again. Lori was very accommodating with all our needs…

Fabulous week

We were so happy that we chose this property. It was plenty big for 10, quiet, very clean, lots of extras making it easy to settle in and very close to all kinds of activities. It was easy to walk to million dollar beach, boat rides, parasailing, shopping, etc. We’re hoping we can go back next summer.

Great time at Lake George

The house was immaculate and well organized: everything was in order. Sleeping accommodations were more than adequate. Plenty of room to relax. We really enjoyed just hanging out on the deck. The beach is within walking distance as is the village.

Spacious house steps to the beach!

The house has great space for a family like ours, plenty of beds and room to spread out. It is just steps to the beach, and to dining. We had a terrific stay and will look to come back again!

Location, Location, Location

Plenty of room in the house for our family and dog. Even better is the location. We were able to walk to the village and the beach. Would highly recommend this house. Lori was super easy to deal with and got back to us with answers to any questions we had.

The perfect lake vacation!

Look no further! A perfect home within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, boating and all Lake George has to offer, while being secluded just enough for that quiet cup of coffee looking over the water in the morning. This property is outstanding! Clean, well stocked, comfortable, and big enough for the whole family. Two decks! Lori was so great to work with. Very communicative, had excellent suggestions of things experience and places to eat, she just made everything easy! We would absolutely welcome the chance to return, and I have no doubt you'll love it!

Great stay

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Lake George. The house was perfect The location for new comers was awesome.It was in walking distance to the Million Dollar beach and shops and restaurants not far from that.The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for a family of 7.Parking was tight, however we were able to fit 3 vehicles ,too good size and one smaller one.Lori was friendly and easy to get a hold of.I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Perfect location!!

My family was visiting for the car show.. there were 8 of us and 2 dogs.. the place was perfect!! Location to show and main strip was great!! The house was well stocked and very clean!! Hope to stay here again in future!!

A Walk To the Beach

If you are looking for a location that is walking distance to the beach and to the village, this is the perfect rental for you! With the beach being less than a 5 minute walk, it was easy to relax at the beach even for just an hour or two when we didn't want to make an entire day out of it. It was also the perfect area to walk every morning and enjoy the gorgeous views. The village was only a10-15 minute walk and was perfect for early risers who wanted to get out and grab a coffee at Sticky Buns Cafe in the village. Our family was able to make the most of our vacation being within such great proximity to the village and all it has to offer. The house was spacious enough for 6 of us, but also had a common area upstairs and downstairs to gather as a family. We would highly recommend this rental!

Amazing Location! Great House

The house was super clean, and spacious for a combined total of 10 people. Parking was not an issue-we are from Brooklyn and we managed to park one SUV facing the deck, and we parallel parked a Buick Enclave SUV And a Tundra pick up truck with no issues! 3 cars can fit! We were able to walk to the beach, mini golf and even the main strip! Everything is so close! We even walked to lunch at the Garrison! Lori was an excellent VRBO host and her communication was excellent. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again. Thanks Lori!

Revisiting

I am a Lake George fan since I was a child when we had a home just outside of town that we vacationed in every summer. Then lived in Balston Spa briefly, decades later. I wanted to bring my daughter's family and some other family members for a "different' vacation than our past few have been. Everyone absolutely enjoyed this vacation. Kids and adults mentioned more than once, that this was one of their favorite vacations. For some, this first time visit to Lake George had them "wishful thinking" about some day having their own home for a get away. Lori's home was set up for a great experience whether we stayed at home or ventured out. Some of us with health issues were happy to actually walk almost everywhere that we wanted to visit. (A plus these days with gas prices!) We simply loved this home and the location. A great view of the Lake every morning and night was a huge plus for me. I'm definitely going to miss that view. My grandies and I actually had the best and memorable experience out under the stars on the upstairs balcony. We could see the Milky Way very clearly! This trip was great from beginning to end and the home added to the comfort and feel of being in our own home. Everyone loved it. I enjoyed the connnection with the owner as well. I can tell that she loves the property. It shows. I definitely rate the entire experience a 10! I booked this property well over a year before the vacation and was more thrilled that I imagined I'd be when we arrived!! I absolutely loved it!! Plenty of room, space, and accomodations for 2 families and me! Thank you, Lori! You have a great house!

Perfect Hotel Alternative for Family Wedding

Lori’s home was lovely, clean and very cute. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s marriage and had two of our daughters and their families with us (6 adults and 2 children). The living area was so much larger than we even thought. My husband and I along with one of our daughters and her husband stayed downstairs occupying 2 bedrooms, and my other daughter, her husband and our two grandchildren occupied the upstairs suite. It was very warm upstairs when we arrived on a 90 degree day, but we soon found the heat was left on (most likely an oversight) versus having the a/c on. However, it didn’t take too long to cool off after we fixed that. We were all SO impressed with the water pressure and temperature. We have never had a shower experience anything like that. Please let us know what you have there—we want to install the same system in our home! Wish the parking was a little easier, but we knew about this way before we came. This also isn’t unique to Lori’s home—it’s all of Lake George---as a popular vacation area, that’s pretty much normal. We did bring our smaller vehicle (instead of the pickup truck), but our two girls’ cars were on the larger size so there was a lot of moving around each time someone needed to get out. We were also very appreciative of the neighbor next door who offered us a spot on his property. It made the situation much easier to handle. Just a small suggestion for the technically challenged, it might help those like us if the wifi password used numbers/letters that weren’t so close to being some other number/letter—our 12 year old granddaughter finally got it to work after 15 minutes of trying different ways (lol). All in all, it was a great visit and are definitely considering this adorable home next visit! Thanks, Lori, for being so accessible by email and text. It is very clear how you care for your guests.

Perfect location!

The home we stayed in was perfectly situated; close tot he beach and restaurants and shops while not being on the main drag of Lake George. The home was perfect with lots of space and handy amenities. Great stay overall!

Outstanding

The place was better than advertised. Clean, well maintained, great location, well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was copious, and not scalding. We had a great week, me my spouse and my daughter soninlaw and grandkids. Lots of room.

Perfect house for a large group with children

We loved Lori’s house! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. The adults and the youngest had the three bedrooms downstairs and the other 3 children had the upstairs bedroom. It was nice to have a living area with a tv for them as well up there. We were able to watch the fireworks from the second floor balcony which was an unexpected treat! The house is walking distance to everything and very convenient. The house was very clean and supplied well. Lori was extremely helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice House and Great Location

The house was laid out fine for a family stay (6 adults and 2 Children). Just a short walk to the Million Dollar beach and close to Lake George Village. Watched the Thursday night fireworks from the second floor deck. Lori was great and check in/out was easy. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the village.
