Paradise Found is a newly remodeled, professionally decorated single family home in the Village of Country Club Hills. We want you to arrive at our home, unpack your suitcases and start having the time of your life from the minute you arrive. Your rental includes unlimited use of a golf cart, access to 38 Executive golf courses, 12 Championship Courses and Country Clubs,36 Recreation centers, 13 Shopping Centers, 12 Professional Plazas , 73 swimming pools....and more!

Paradise Found is available on a monthly rate. Rates vary depending upon the month that you request to rent the home. In certain circumstances, bi-weekly or weekly rentals may become available and rates will vary accordingly. Your rental options include:

•Unlimited use of gas powered golf cart
•No hidden fees
•Use of access card for controlled gate access throughout the entire Villages
•Washer/Dryer, fully stocked kitchen, large sit down dining for 6, lanai, huge great room
•Completely remodeled and newly decorated home with all new appliances and linens
•Cable TV and high speed internet/Wi-Fi access
•Easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios (within 1 hour's drive)
•Easy Access to the Atlantic Beaches (I 1/3 hour drive) or the more laid back Gulf (1 and 1/4 hour drive)
•Orlando International Airport is just 57 miles away. Arrive at Orlando International Airport and take The Villages Transportation shuttle from the airport to your front door. Arrange for a pick up ahead of time.
•Temporary Resident ID Request Form can be completed by the Owner prior to your arrival and you will have full access to all of the Amenities that a full time "Villager" enjoys.

THERE IS A $500.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING. THIS DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE (unless you leave our home dirty, break something that needs to be replaced, have an accident with either the golf cart or the car, etc.).

Your rental of "Paradise Found" includes FREE GOLF... 38 Executive Courses (2 within 1/2 mile of your home and 12 Country Club Courses (1 within 1/2 mile of your home). Some fees apply to play the Country Club Courses Championship).

Additionally, you have the use of numerous Recreation Centers that allow free usage of family swimming pools, adult swimming pool (three swimming pools are within a 1/2 mile radius from your rental location), billiards tables, corn hole, sand volleyball, bocce courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, pickle ball courts, softball, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities.

Three Town Squares offer fabulous shopping and dining experiences (Katy's Belles is a Villagers only entertainment dance hall/dinner show experience unprecedented by none) and each square offers nightly(as in 365 days of the year) free dancing and live bands(1 of the squares is a 5 minute golf cart ride from the house). Happy Hour offers two for one drinks, and it's hard to find a spot on the dance floor. You can choose to pull up a chair and relax and listen to some good old Rock and Roll, Country, Dance music, Line Dancing, and the Villages all time favorite song "Mustang Sally." People watching is a plus and you won't sit long before someone talks to you and wants to know why you are here. After all The Villages is "Florida's Friendliest Home Town."

You may choose to participate in any of the 2400+ clubs here, or learn something new (topics galore! and no tests) at the Lifelong Learning Center.

Your rental includes membership in twelve Country Clubs, that offer exclusive dining experiences or go the casual approach at 100+ local restaurants.

Finally, there are three movie theaters, at three different site locations that offer first run top rated films on over 27 screens. Spanish Springs (the Town Square closest to "Paradise Found" has a bowling alley and pub, too!

13 Retail Services-All of the major merchandise stores are within a golf cart ride away (SAM's, Lowe's, Target, Walmart, Walmart, Pub lix, Winn Dixie, Aldis's, Kohl's, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Stein Mart, Beall's, Belk's, Ross, Marshall's, Kirklands, Michaels, Jo Ann Fabrics, Office Depot, Marshall's, Auto Zone and so many more)....most within a short golf cart ride from your rental unit.
Indulge yourself in chain restaurants like Chili's, Perkins, Ruby Tuesdays, World of Beer, Subway, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Bonefrish, and many more. There are some local restaurants that "the Villagers" love to eat at also....most within a golf cart's drive.

Heath Services-The Villages has their own health care system and hospital. The many (15) Professional Plazas contain medical Specialists and dentists.
EMT's are within three blocks and the major Hospital for the Villages is less than one third mile from the house.
