Located on SW Pond - Hardwood floors throughout. 1 king (Two combined twins), 2 additional bedrooms - 2 Queen, Brand new daybed in the sunroom allows sleeping for 8 (additional fee > 6 people). Two baths including a jauzzi tub and outdoor shower. Great deck and yard for meals overlooking Little Pond (SW Bay). Includes gas grill. Walk to Bristol Beach, 5 minutes to Main Street, including restaurants and shopping. Washer and dryer in basement, cable tv, and high speed Internet. Local Bike, Kayak and Paddleboard rentals, or catch minnows on the pond. Drive to Woods Hole or catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Less than one mile to Inner Harbor. Less than two miles to downtown. Golf: Cape Cod Country Club & Falmouth Country Club are close by. Pet friendly. Now renting for Summer 2025. Activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding (rental delivery nearby), golf, biking, sailing, clamming (with license), fishing, hiking, sunbathing, and relaxing!

Fantastic location on Little Pond with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pet friendly. Sleeps at least 6 and had very comfortable beds. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful vacation spot!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Eight adults and a baby were comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful deck and patio and peaceful view of the pond. The location was great for walking to the beach and to restaurants in Falmouth Heights. We would love to return sometime.

Classic Cape House!

The house is reminiscent of Old Cape Cod...charming, lots of character, lots of nooks to curl up and read a book in, and antique furniture, but modern amenities....and the views are gorgeous. We had a great week. The location was also perfect!

Great location and views!

This house is in a great location, right on the pond with views of the ocean in the distance. It's easy walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants and a short drive to others and downtown. The yard and porch are just amazing and very relaxing and was perfect for the dogs. Everyone had a fantastic time!

Fabulous Falmouth Getaway

Thank you Ted and Daniela for opening your lovely home on the salt water pond with an ocean view in Falmouth. The home is charming and quirky and the location can't be beat. Our family went on a wonderful fishing trip that Paul, the caretaker, arranged for us out of Chatham. We caught 3 huge stripers and had a wonderful outing. The beach is a quick walk and we loved sitting outside every evening. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Charmingly furnished

Best of both worlds: perfect location on a quiet picturesque pond yet just a five-minute walk to the hoppin' beach. The home is well-furnished with comfortable mattresses, soft bath and beach towels, fully-outfitted kitchen, large deck table & chairs for outdoor eating with a view, and even a set of bean bags and cornhole. Easy walk to MV ferry; easy bike ride to the bike path and Falmouth Center; easy drive to a multitude of restaurants and stores.

Swans!

The location is amazing. Right on Little Pond with two beautiful decks looking out over the water. The house was well equipped. It is an older house with an interesting layout. Air conditioning was by heat pump, which worked fine. We spent most of our time sitting on the decks, watching the swans and geese! Totally relaxing!

Wonderful!

Amazing two weeks at Tern2. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed. Waking up and enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the pond was so relaxing and peaceful. We brought our kayaks and paddled around the pond almost every day. Bistol and Falmouth Height beache are an easy walk, thank you for providing a beach buggy. Two great restaurants are also easy to walk to and grocery stores (Shaws/Walmart) are just down the road. The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Thank you so much and we are looking forward to next year.

A waterfront wonder

Wonderful waterfront property with views of the pond and ocean. Spent a lot to time out on the patio. Great neighborhood to go for walks with the dog. Ted and Daniella were great hosts - very responsive. Paul, the care taker was responsive and helpful. Loved the pond to kayak and paddleboard. Walking distance to the Ferry was great for our day trip to Martha's Vineyard. Walk to the beach was great - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach cart were provided which was great. Quick walk to town. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely, peaceful location, comfy home

The front decks are the winners here - overlooking the pond with the Sound in view. We had gorgeous evenings, cocktails, dinners and coffee here - perhaps the best view in the neighborhood. The house is perfectly adequate- the bedrooms more than adequate: comfy and air conditioned (for those who use it- we opened the windows and enjoyed the breeze): bathrooms clean and functional. Kitchen functional- we made wonderful meals. (It’s a bit cluttered, but we did fine.) the living areas are again, comfy rather than showy: more like home. We loved our time in this charming house and shed a tear at leaving. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Falmouth by the pond.

Great location for walking, biking, the MV ferry and anything needed. Easy walk to beach. Owner beach cart very helpful! Beautiful setting with nice outdoor space. Kitchen very cluttered with so much stuff that it was hard to find a place for anything. Owner responsive . Overall good stay.

Nice Falmouth Heights location

This property is located in lovely Falmouth Heights on the edge of little pond overlooking the ocean. The two outside decks are comfortable and the home is close to the beach and everything you would like to do in Falmouth. The caretaker, Paul, was kind and helpful.

Perfect vacation

Wonderful Spot

Our family loved our August week at this charming home. It is perfectly situated with a storybook view across the salt-water pond to the ocean, with geese and swans floating by. It's a short walk through Falmouth Heights to the beach and everything you need is close by—town, grocery store, ferries to the islands. Two areas outside (one patio, one deck) were great for relaxing, entertaining, grilling, etc.(with the great view) and many areas inside were perfect for curling up with a book, watching Smart TV, playing games, taking a nap. It's a wonderful spot!

Quintessential Cape Getaway

Our family loved our stay here! The location can't be beat....right on Little Pond, which we kayaked on every day, 2 blocks from the beach and minutes from the quaint Main street. The house itself had all the essentials and it was so nice to not have to pack linens or towels. The house had the classic cape feel and charm. We enjoyed eating on the deck and enjoying the beautiful view. We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!

Location, Location, Location

It is hard to beat the location. Total serenity sitting on the back decks at any time of day looking over the pond. Easy drop in for kayaks or paddle boards. Short walk to two beaches. quick access to town or 28. Easy to accommodate 4-6 people.

Wonderful Cape House with Picture Perfect Views

Great location - walk to beach, island ferry and close to downtown. Gorgeous views of the pond and you can spend the morning watching people feed the ducks. Very happy with the house - would rent again!

Our family had a great stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our three kids. The location was ideal as you overlook a beautiful pond and the ocean. The local beach was easily accessible and we biked from the house several days - to Woods Hole on the bike path, the grocery store, to restaurants on Main St. The outdoor space was very nice and the three bedrooms upstairs were the perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped as well and we were greeted with fresh flowers, drinks, and chocolate.

Gorgeous vacation home

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful three day weekend at this lovely Cape Cod home. Charming, with antique furnishings, and situated in the most lovely of locations - on a salt pond just block from the ocean. We run in the mornings and each day enjoyed a lovely run along the water. We can't wait to go back!

Feed the ducks in the morning or catch minnows in the pond. Fish off the local jetty, go clamming (with a license) or shop locally and enjoy the fresh seafood available. Local golfing is also close by.
