Stylish, comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms: two with double box spring beds and one with bunk beds. Practically equipped kitchen, with beautiful crockery and handy kitchen tools. No dishwasher, but a washing-up brush :-). Bathroom with toilet, bath and walk-in shower. Second toilet on the ground floor. Washer, dryer and extra fridge. In the barn a weber barbecue, bicycle and wagon. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden.

The house stands on an exclusive park with 9 other houses and has a lot of privacy.

At 1.5 km or 20 minutes walk, lies the 'private beach' where only walkers and cyclists can come. A beautiful place in the quiet nature.

Base for walking, cycling, horseback riding, beach, sea ,. Culture and shopping in Alkmaar (15 min), the artists' village of Bergen (20 min) and Amsterdam (30 min).
