Lovers of movement and city life will love this charming and refined studio, located in the heart of Funchal.
Its interior space has been maximised to offer the utmost comfort, combined with modern and tasteful dƩcor, meeting all your expectations. The flat has a double bed, bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchenette.

The property is fully prepared to make you feel at home!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Guests have easy access to several restaurants (there is a small cafe just outside the building), shops, shopping centre and supermarket.
This flat is situated very close to the famous Farmersā€™ Market (Mercado dos Lavradores), the historic centre of Funchal (locally known as ā€˜Zona Velhaā€™) and the Cathedral. From here you can explore by foot many of the main tourist attractions of our beautiful town. (e.g. The Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)

Barreirinha Beach is about twenty minutes' walk away, where you can relax and dip into the crystal clear waters of the island.

GETTING AROUND
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within four minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged ā‚¬2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of ā‚¬14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Nice flat in superb location

We stayed the 2nd time in this building. We love the location right in the heart of old Funchal, our favorite bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Same as to the bus stops to explore the island so that you don't need a car necessarily. We definitely will come back.

Overall the apartment was great, the location is perfect and really centrally located. Be aware however that the pictures of the balcony are only from the top floor and not every apartment has this kind of balcony. The lower floors have a really small balcony which you canā€™t sit on.

I stayed there with my 2 teenager sons. The apartament is very well located in the heart of Funchal. There is a kitchen in it- we havenā€™t used though since there are breakfast and dinner restaurants everywhere around, the closest 30 sec away from the building:). Modern look, washing machine and dryer in the building made it very convenient for us. Itā€™s a tiny place for overnight. I highly recommend this place and the entire service <3 Joanna

Cosy place at the centre of Funchal

Location is great, walking distance from most places, bus terminal just around the corner. Fully automatic access, fully equipped, cleaning service, good wifi, online support (though a bit slow). It is smaller than it seems from the pictures, I cannot imagine three people share the place. For one, or two in love, it is perfect:) Ill happily come again to spend some more home office at Madeira;)

The appartment is excellent, location couldn'be better. The only reason why I don't rate it as excellent is the fact that our transfer t for the fly back home didn't arrive on scheduled time, which was the cause for a lot of stress.
