The structure is located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, Sisto in the countryside of Cisternino (BR), a tourist destination of excellence, where families can live days of relaxation at any time of the year, in contact with the green nature and of the surrounding grove that is the master. It consists of two comfortable environments with trulli and lamie in stone, independent entrance with ample parking. Upon arrival, you can taste small delicacies of traditional Apulian cuisine, in the name of genuineness.
The gem of the structure is the grove, which is at the complete disposal of guests only accommodation, equipped with stone and wood tables with comfortable seating on benches, hammocks set up among oaks, swings, slide for children, table football and table tennis. Children are given the opportunity to use all the spaces surrounded by greenery, to be able to play all the outdoor games and admire the pony and the mini-farm.
Nearby, you can walk to typical restaurants, bars, tobacconists and miny markets.
From the hotel it is easy to reach the nearby villages Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Alberobello, the Zoo Safari of Fasano, Ostuni. A twenty minute drive will take you to the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea. For those who love to enjoy nature you can take long walks, jogging, free bike paths and already structured tours through the characteristic streets of the area and admire the enchanting landscapes with changing colors depending on the season.

Wunderschön!

Das Haus und das Gelände waren traumhaft schön, die Gastgeber sehr herzlich, sie haben wirklich dafür gesorgt, dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Das Einzige, das aus der Anzeige nicht so hervorgeht, ist, dass es vier Ferienwohnungen nebeneinander sind. Das war kein Problem, aber die völlige Abgeschiedenheit hat man hier nicht.

Lovely stay

Very nice place, especially for families with children. Lots of amenities available to make your stay very comfortable! Location is perfect. Just short drive to nice surrounding cities and sea.

Country paradise

The owners and the peaceful property is amazing. Beautiful countryside and gracious hosts. We were surprised with the bounty from their garden and the home baked goods that were waiting for us when we arrived. Erminia was very friendly and the property is in a good location to visit the surrounding area. The animals only added to the experience. We would love to return!

Ein kleines Paradies!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Nähe von Cisternino. Wir wurden von Emilia, Mimmo und ihrer Tochter Pamela sehr herzlich mit Kuchen, Gebäck, Obst, Gemüse und Käse empfangen. Die Lage ist perfekt um das Valle d‘Itria zu erkunden und trotzdem ist der Weg zum Meer nicht weit. Wir haben es täglich kombiniert, Vormittag Besichtigung, Siesta, Nachmittag Meer. Unsere drei Kinder (11,15,17) haben sich ebenso wohl gefühlt wie wir, die vielen Tiere und vor allem die Katzen haben es ihnen angetan. Jeder hat im großen Areal genug Freiraum. Check-in und -out waren völlig problemlos und zeitlich sehr entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Familie ist besonders hervorzuheben! Mit Kuchenrezepten und dem festen Wunsch auf eine baldige Wiederholung sind wir weitergereist durch Apulien, diese erste Woche unseres Urlaubs war für uns alle die Beste! Mille Grazie e a presto Emilia, Mimmo e Pamela!!

Perfekte Basis für einen entspannten Familienurlaub

Wir können das Häuschen für Familien mit 1 bis 2 Kindern absolut empfehlen! Die Beschreibung auf der Website ist 100% zutreffend - unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen! Die Gastgeber sind super nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit- Erminia hat uns mit lokalen Spezialitäten und Erzeugnissen aus dem eigenen Anwesen verwöhnt- bei Ankunft fanden wir sogar einen vollen Kühlschrank! Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt- die Terrasse mit den Steinbögen, Hängematte Hollywoodschaukel und Riesen Blumenkübeln ist der absolute Hammer- hier haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Für Kinder gibt es viel Auslauf und Spielsachen, wenn die Tiere gefüttert sind- unser Sohn hat sich sofort mit den Kids aus dem benachbarten Trullo Haus angefreundet. Von hier aus kann man prima die ganze Gegend erkunden und hat schön seine Ruhe. Auto ist ein absolutes Muss- zum Einkaufen fährt man min 10 zum Strand min 25 Minuten. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Alberobello (Trulli Hauptstadt), Lecce und Matera (sehr beeindruckend) unternommen und auch in Taranto ist man in einer knappen Stunde. Alles in allem haben wir uns prima erholt und sind zu Apulien Fans geworden. Danke Mimmo, Erminia und Pamela für die schöne Zeit!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern eine Woche in der tollen Ferienwohnung. SIe liegt auf einem Hügel mit tollem Blick ins weite Tal. Bis zum Meer fährt man rund 30 Minuten. Die nächsten größeren hübschen Orte (Cisternino oder Martina Franka) sind ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt 2 schöne Schlafzimmer eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, Flur und Bad sowie eine wirklich sehr schöne große Veranda. Auf dem großen Grundstück gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz sowie einen Esel, ein Pony, Schweine, Ziegen, Hühner und Katzen. Gemüse und Obst wächst um einen herum. Es gibt Hängematten, Kicker, Tischtennisplatte und vieles mehr. Kurz: Der Erholungswert ist einzigartig. Der Empfang war besonders herzlich, die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Das wichtigste war bereits in der Wohnung besorgt und es gab warme Focaccia und Obst zur Begrüßung. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen.

Bella casa, ottima pulizia ed accoglienza

I miei punteggi sono sempre misurati: perciò le cinque stelle sono meritatissime e l'appartamento vivamente consigliato!!! All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una bella casa con giardino e spazio fruibile dai bambini intorno (con annessi docili animali che hanno reso il soggiorno dei figli sicuramente più movimentato ed allegro). La casa era molto pulita, comoda come punto di partenza per gite in diverse località turistiche e dotata veramente di tutto (olio, zucchero, caffè...) compresi alcuni dolci fatti da Erminia che abbiamo trovato all'arrivo! Nei nostri viaggi abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare in diversi appartamenti ma non abbiamo mai trovato una tale accoglienza!! Grazie ancora di tutto!!! Siamo stati veramente bene e speriamo di tornare presto!!

Reizendes Häuschen in dem man sich auch gut aufhalten konnte, perfekt für die Kinder mit den Tieren, reizende Gastgeber, die einen mit selbstgebackenem und köstlichem Mozzarella begrüßt haben und sehr hilfsbereit waren. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

Logement conforme à la description, propre, au calme.Parking fermé et sécurisé. Excellent accueil de nos hôtes (foccaccia maison, fruits frais, gâteaux faits maison, biscuits de la région, boissons au frais et fromage local) Lieu parfait pour les enfants : différents animaux (chats, chèvres, cochon, ânes, lapins) et balançoire, toboggans, hamacs. Bon point de départ pour visiter la vallée d'Itria (Cisternino, Lorocotondo, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare....) Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr. Bravo et continuez ainsi.

A beautiful spot in the olive groves

We stayed at the Grove in the "Oak" room for three nights and wished we could stay longer. Upon arrival we were given grapes and melon and watermelon and vegetables and delicious baked treats. We spent each breakfast and some lunches and dinners at the outdoor table, in gorgeous leafy surroundings. Everything needed to cook was provided. The kids went across the yard each morning to feed the goats grass (there are goats, bunnies, a pony, a pig, and cats). It was a short drive to Locorotondo and Martina Franca, both towns worth visiting, and it didn't take more than 30 minutes to get to the beach at Torre Canne or to Ostuni, which is wonderful. It was cool in the trullo at night even though we were there in August -- we didn't have to use the AC. There were a few mosquitoes, but there are screens and shutters on all the windows. We made friends with Tufo, the fluffy gray and white cat, or she made friends with us: she came to our door every morning to say hi. Thank you, Mimmo and Erminia, for your warm hospitality!

Wonderful stay, in the middle of a lovely landscape, surrounded by trullis and "generous" land, with every kind of fruits and vegetables. A special thanks to our landlords, Erminia and Mimmo, who simply make you feeling at home. We miss our trullo!!!

Petit logement d'une propreté impeccable. A noter que le salon est à l'extérieur. Un accueil charmant avec des oeufs frais, des biscuits faits maison et des fruits. De nombreux animaux qui font le bonheur des enfants ainsi qu'un équipement complet pour s'amuser : balançoire, ping pong, baby foot... Bref, si on ajoute un emplacement parfait pour visiter les environs, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour !

Very good place to relax and enjoy the italien sun. Erminia and Mimmo were fantastic hosts!!!

Warm welcome with homemade cake and foccacio, yummy cheese and much more. The place is clean amd fantastic for the kids! Hammocks, aninals, soccer table - we missed nothing and felt very sad to go home!

Beautiful house, kindest hosts, astonishing paese

We travelled to Cisternino after a week in Salento. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a family whose warmth and hospitality is extraordinary. On the first day, Erminia told us something like “Oh, I thought you were arriving later! I’m so sorry! Just wait until 4, then the focaccia will be ready!” (besides welcoming us with a fridge full of beverages, milk, organic fruit, fresh bread and a home made cake.) The location is ideal to make short trips around the region. The kids made friends with the cats! (not to mention the cow, pig, bunnies and goats!). Such hospitality is hard to come by, and the house had everything we needed for our family of two adults and two teens. Thank you so much, Erminia, Mimmo and the whole family, for the most wonderful stay! Can not wait to come back!

Consigliatissimo per tutti

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questo piccolo paradiso della Valle d'Itria, 2 adulti e 2 bambini (10-12 anni). Siamo stati accolti con una cordialità davvero unica da parte di Mimmo ed Erminia, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra fin dal nostro arrivo. La pulizia della casa era impeccabile come raramente succede e questo per noi ha un valore enorme. La casa è ben attrezzata, il luogo è incantevole, tranquillo, silenzioso e soprattutto ideale per una famiglia con bambini, grazie anche all'ampio giardino e ai simpaticissimi animali presenti, il maialino George su tutti! La posizione è strategica anche per chi vuole la libertà di decidere giornalmente la tipologia di meta. A poco meno di mezz'ora di macchina ci si trova in uno splendido mare ma siamo anche vicinissimi a diverse perle della Val d'Itria e dintorni: Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, le Grotte di Castellana ma anche la splendida Matera, che dista poco più di un'ora di strada. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare una pecca, per "colpa" delle squisite focacce, biscotti, torte e altre prelibatezze e attenzioni di Erminia e Mimmo, siamo tornati a casa con qualche etto in più ;) Grazie per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella!! Torneremo sicuramente.

Découverte des Pouilles

Accueil formidable.. Erminia, Mimmo et leurs enfants ont été des hôtes soucieux de notre bien être tout le long de notre séjour dans cette superbe région. Nous n'oublierons pas cette magnifique 🍕 à notre arrivée, les produits du jardin et les gâteaux maison au petit déjeuner. Ne changez rien c'était parfait VIVA ITALIA Attention si Romane revient elle repartira avec le chat...

Un sogno in valle d'Itria

Un posto magico,rilassante,curato in ogni dettaglio dove si percepisce tutto l'amore che la signora Erminia e la sua famiglia mettono per far sentire gli ospiti coccolati e a proprio agio, l'accoglienza a noi riservata è stata una perla rara in questi tempi dove tutto è finalizzato ad un guadagno celere.la casa è stupenda,il Boschetto è favoloso,il panorama su Martina stupendo,pulizia impeccabile.abbiamo ospitato dei nostri parenti e ne sono rimasti tutti entusiasti,questo weekend trascorso al boschetto ci rimarrà per sempre nel cuore.grazie ad Erminia e Mimmo per tutto quello che avete fatto per noi !

BREVE MA ACCOGLIENTE VACANZA........

Accoglienza piacevole e familiare in una struttura nuova e confortevole dove la cara ERMINIA e suo marito MIMMO ci hanno messi a nostro agio per ogni cosa. Dotata di un' ampia zona verde dove la nostra bimba si è potuta scatenare sullo scivolo......mentre noi abbiamo goduto del meritato relax su amaca e salottino nell'assoluto silenzio della campagna. Gustose e deliziose le pietanze alimentari offerte gentilmente dai proprietari di casa. Sicuramente un posto dove ritorneremo volentieri anche per la posizione strategica per visitare tutti i luoghi belli della puglia.

Amazing stay

This property is amazing! We were arriving late at night and were concerned we would get lost but the owner Mimmo sent us a google map link which was perfect and the house is easy to find coming from Brindisi - just past a small village and a few minutes walk from a really lovely restaurant. There were some homemade cakes and biscuits and fresh fruit waiting for us when we arrived which were delicious! The communication when we were arranging the booking was very responsive and we were so pleased when we arrived - It is very comfortable and well equipped, and spotlessly clean. There are lovely gardens with hammocks, tables and chairs, swings and a slide for the children, and our daughter loved seeing and feeding the goats, rabbits and horse! The property is very near to Alberobello and just driving around near the house there are so many trulli buildings which are so pretty. It is close to Martina Franca which is a beautiful town, and also to Ostuni which we liked a lot. Matera is a longer drive - I think it took about 1.5 hours - but was really worth it and was a pleasant journey through the national park. I will definitely recommend all of my friends to stay here if they are planning to visit Puglia and we would love to come back. Thank you all Mimmo and family!

Splendida vacanza immersa nella natura

Come ho già scritto nel titolo, è stata una vacanza meravigliosa immersa nella natura. Per la generazione dei rumori, questo è il posto perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare la spina dalla routine quotidiana, soprattutto per i nativi digitali. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo nel bosco e con gli animali, vogliono ritornarci, come anche noi. Parlano sempre di voi e di quanto siano stati bene. I proprietari, Mimmo ed Erminia con i loro due figli, sono sempre stati disponibili, gentili e ci hanno coccolato nel loro splendido boschetto. Vi ringraziamo immensamente e ci vediamo presto! P. O.

Appartamento fantastico

È il secondo anno che torniamo e ci siamo trovati benissimo come la volta scorsa. Appartamento pulito, zona tranquilla, posto macchina , per i bimbi ci sono anche gli animali e giochi, Erminia e Mimmo sempre disponibili e molto gentili. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

We want to be back!

We have just returned from our trip to Italy. We stayed in Grove in the Valle D'Itria in two bedroom unit for 3 weeks. I wish we could have stayed longer, in fact I wish we were still there! Thats how welcome Erminia & Mimmo made us feel. I also wish we spoke more Italian. The property is awesome, it has everything you will ever need, plus all the baking that Erminia delivered. The property was cleaned every Friday and the bath towels were replaced twice per week. It is located close to some of the most beautiful and untouched Puglia towns. there is restaurant 200 meters walk which had great food and service, we went there twice (closed Tuesday). We had breakfasts and a few late night wine 'tasting' session on a wonderful veranda. Erminia & Mimmo thank you very much for your hospitality.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Liebe Mimmo und Erminia, danke noch mal für einen schönen Aufenthalt in eurem Ferienhaus, wir haben uns sehr woll gefühlt. Das Doppelbett/die Matratze war sehr gut, nicht zu weich. Die Kochnische im Wohnraum hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Veranda und der kleine Hof mit den Tieren sind sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Unser Sohn, 4 Jahre alt, hatte viel Spaß eure Tiere zu füttern, Kaninchen, Ziegen. Und die zwei süßen Katzen, Tom und Jerry, vermisst er glaube auch! Erminia, danke für dein köstliches Gebäck und das Olivenöl! Auch die Lage des Hauses ist gut, es liegt zwar nicht am Meer, aber zentral für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir würden Familien mit Kindern (bis zu zwei) dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen. Elena und Ingolf aus München
