This 58-m² duplex apartment sleeps 6/8 people in 3 bedrooms in Les Terrasses de l’Océan Residence. It is 10% cheaper than apartments rented by Néméa, with television included. It is located around 100 m from the beach and the shops and 200 m from the golf course.

The assets of the residence:
Indoor heated pool (around 28 – 30 °C), outdoor pool, paddling pool for children, sauna and fitness centre.

Resume of the duplex apartment:
On the ground floor, there is a double bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, a fitted kitchen area (microwave, electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and electric coffee machine), living space with trundle bed (sleeps 2) and television. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms including 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a toilet. There is a 9-m² balcony with garden furniture. The south-facing accommodation offers pleasant views and sits in a quiet setting. Between the ocean and the forest, Moliets, seaside resort of the Landes region and famous for its beaches, welcomes you for holidays with your family or friends. Situated 1 h from Biarritz, Moliets is a haven of peace with a golf course (ranked 9th golf course of France) overlooking the village and the large white sandy beach. This Landes seaside resort combines relaxation, sports, and activities in the middle of an omnipresent nature.

From your rental in the Landes, you can discover the beautiful local beaches (Moliets, Vieux-Boucau, Soustons and Seignosse), the lakes and the ponds (Léon, Soustons, Etang Blanc and Etang Noir), the marina of Capbreton, the bike rides in the Landaise forest, the Landes Regional Nature Park, the Musée national des Arts et Traditions Populaires, the local farms, etc. Throughout the summer, many events take place in Moliets: day and night markets, the festival of kites, Basque pelota and gastronomic exhibitions.

Sports and leisure activities:

Golf of Moliets, equestrian centre, bike rental, tree-climbing, trampoline, tennis, quad biking, karting, hiking, restaurants, etc.

Water activities:

Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Be aware no bed linen, towels or end cleaning is included and there is no dedicated parking space. Pool is open 10am until 8pm and gym and sauna open 10-12 then 5-8pm. Markets happen 4 times a week and you must move the car for these. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice surfer dude vibe in the area.

Je recommande ce lieu. Équipements, proximité plage et restaurants. Tout était très agréable ! L’appartement de Chloé est grand (2 salles de bains et 2 wc sont pratiques). La terrasse est confortable. On passe de bonnes vacances chez Chloé 😃

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants. L'appartement est très bien agencé, la pièce à vivre est spacieuse , la terrasse très agréable. Nous y séjournerions à nouveau avec plaisir.

Urlaub ohne richtigen Schlaf

Die Wohnung hat uns gefallen und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Sie war auch gut ausgestattet. Der Ort Moliets et Maa war ebenfalls sehr schön und auch der Strand und das Meer. Man müsste jedoch die Distanz zum Strand richtigstellen. Es sind nicht 100 Meter, sondern eher 400 Meter, was definitiv nicht dasselbe ist. Die Matratzen insbesondere der grösseren Betten sind nicht brauchbar. Jeden Morgen früh Rückenschmerzen, sowohl meine Frau als auch ich. Ich habe die ganzen Ferien im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Dort ging es einigermassen. Zu zweit sind die Betten definitiv nicht geeignet. Schade, denn der Schlaf ist in den Ferien doch sehr wichtig. Und der Rest wäre gut gewesen. Empfehlung: man sollte einen Reinigungsservice dazu buchen können.

Perfect!!!

Everything was good : the 2 swimming-pools, the gym, the sauna, the beach is very closed. The appartement is clean, convenient and spatious. Just it.s second floor without elevator. It's at the same time quiet and in the center. Moliets is small but a dynamic and pleasant place, and is close to a lot of nice places. Our kids went surfing and we were enjoying the beautiful golf.

Nous sommes satisfaits des terrasses de l'océan et de l'appartement (établissement bien tenu, piscine bien entretenue quotidiennement). Cependant, nous n'attribuons que trois étoiles pour le séjour en raison d'un voisinage bruyant.

Accueil chaleureux et dévoué de Catherine qui a à cœur que le séjour des hôtes se passe bien ! Appartement très agréable, lumineux, spacieux avec une grande terrasse au calme. Les deux piscines (intérieure et extérieure) sont un vrai + dans la résidence ! La plage est toute proche (5 à 10 minutes à pied) et les commerces devant la résidence, ainsi que les pistes cyclables...super pratique. Nous avons passé de super vacances :-)

We live half of the year in this village because we are surfers and we love the region. It is ideal for having relaxing family holidays. Beaches are wonderful and bike rides in the forest are very pleasant. We fell in love with the region and decided to purchase an apartment here.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are ideal for having your own space and privacy. There are views to the south in a quiet setting. The large terrace is very pleasant for eating and relaxing. The indoor pool heated up to 28-30 °C is very pleasant during the cooler periods. The outdoor pool and the paddling pool are very pleasant during hot periods and offer views of the lush garden. A fitness centre is also available for sport lovers, as well as a sauna. The immediate vicinity of the shops and the beach is highly appreciated.
