Torch Lake Cabin Rentals~ Where Cozy Lakefront Cabins meet stunning Torch Lake!

Our little spot is a slice of Heaven~ plan to spend a couple more days here than originally planned, as that is what all of our previous guests have said!!

Each of the three large private cabins have a bathroom with a shower unit, sink, & toilet. Each bathroom also has a small shelf space & hooks for towels. There are two bedrooms, a master bedroom (Q) & a 2nd bedroom (bunk beds), each with hooks, hangers and dressers.
The kitchenette/kitchen includes a full size fridge, stove/oven, and are equipped with a small microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cookware, dishes & drink-ware, utensils and kitchen towels. There is a long eating bar with 6 stools, as well as the dining table in the living/dining/great room.
The combination living/dining room/great room contains a dining table, large futon and a view overlooking beautiful Torch Lake, with a side door accessing the lake side!
Outside of each cabin is a picnic table, a porch with 2 chairs and a charcoal grill for your use (you provide the charcoal!)
All cabins have access to a private common fire pit, with available wood, lawn space, private beach, beach toys, life jackets, swim platform, kayaks, and paddle boats.
Boaters can also tie up to one of our mooring buoy's and use our guest dock to load and unload. We have trailer parking on the property as well.
It is truly a place to come to stay and play in the water, on the beach, or on the lawn!!

We loved our stay. Torch Lake is your backyard. Dock, kayaks, paddle boats included with your stay. Private beach!

Fantastic 4th on Torch Lake!

Great communication and friendly hosts. Awesome the we could use the mooring for our boat right out in front of the cabin! The cabins are clean and exactly what we needed - a place to sleep, shower, refrigerator, microwave, fire pit! (The fire pit is shared but we loved it - met some nice people) Will for sure be staying here again!

Torch Lake Family vacation week

Awesome cabins and location on Torch Lake. Very accommodating and friendly owners. Kathi and Paul were SO friendly and accommodating. Cabins were very clean and location to golf courses were very close. Clean cozy and relaxing. HIGHLY recommend

Very nice spot on a beautiful lake

We had a great weekend even though it rained a lot on Saturday. The couple that owns the property are very nice. They keep the cabins and the grounds very neat and clean. The cabins are cozy and have just about everything you need. We are looking at dates for next summer to book a longer stay.

Perfect for my family

We loved our cabin. We have two kids and the location and area was perfect for us. The kids had a little beach area to play and we used the paddle boats and canoe a couple times too. It’s was nice to have that available for people who don’t have a boat or jet ski. We would definitely go back with friends or family.

Great cottage, great owners!

This was our second stay at this location, frankly we couldn't wait to get back there! Cabin was so clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities except for food. The only thing I wish would change is the check out time. I do understand that the cabins need to be cleaned for the next visitors but 1 more hour would make a big difference. The owners are so nice, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Torch, clean and clear gradations from light green to turquoise to deep blue is matchless in my opinion. From within the earthy wooden cabins we could hear the waves lapping at the beach, the birds call and breeze rustle the leaves. Pure joy in pure Michigan living! skies, laughed while floating on the raft…

Summer 2021

Kathi, Paul and Elliott (grandson) welcomed us as soon as we arrived providing a tour of the property. You could immediately feel the family vibes on this Torch Lake cabin. It was a fantastic week of fun for our family. The property, views, lake and location are outstanding. We highly recommend this vrbo. We will return soon!

Just the lake vacation we wanted!

The cabins are basic, clean, well equipped, comfortable and the perfect size for our 4 person, 3 generation family group. We made good use of the 2 kayaks, the grill, picnic table, swimming beach and fire pit. Gorgeous lake sunrises in the morning! Peaceful up north evenings. The owners were attentive and helpful and provided tips on restaurants, stores, etc. and even check to make sure we knew where to find blankets and heaters for a night that got chilly. A great escape to Torch Lake.

Torch Lake rentals

Torch lake cabins were very relaxing and family friendly. My kids had a great time utilizing the kayaks, paddle boats, and sand toys. There is a beautiful view of view of Torch Lake. We enjoyed sitting around the community camp fire in the evenings. The cabins are rustic, but it was nice to have air conditioning and basic kitchen necessities are provided. Overall, a great stay!

Modern Rustic

We had a very good time. Right on the water with a lot of activities to do. Canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boats, fire pit and grilling with family and friends. There are plenty if places to rent a pontoon boat if you don't own one. The only reason I rated this a 4 star, due to sleeping if six people. I would recommend to bring a blow up mattress. The Futon was not as comfortable...and we needed to buy a coffee pot, because the one available was not functionable. But regardless of those minor issues we had fun and are considering a return with more family and friends as a reunion. Also make sure to bring a radio. The TV is limited to certain channels, although you are going up there to relax NOT to watch tv. WE also made a trip to Petosky and Charlevoix for the day. Alden is a cute little town with shops to visit and very close to lake Michigan to enjoy an evening watching the sunset.

I Loved this Place!!

I stayed at this cabin for my birthday weekend with my family. The location was beautiful and I loved waking up to amazingly blue Torch Lake. My family of all ages had a blast. We are already planning a trip for next year!!

Fall color tour weekend getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. The cabin was quaint and very clean. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. We will be back next summer to enjoy the warm weather on the lake😊

Beautifully simple, back to basics cabins with breathtaking view.

These cabins and their location is great. We loved the nostalgic feel of the cabins, just the right amount comfort and a real ability to "disconnect" and truly enjoy time away and each other's company. The owners put a lot of thought into necessities and even provide some cool toys, like paddle boats, canoes, a sail boat and kayaks. We will definitely be back, looking forward to next year!

The owners could not have been nicer, we are looking at dates to book for next year, that says a lot

The Cabins where everything the description stated, we liked being away from the sandbar for some nice quite nights, family campfire, great sunsets, awesome beach for the kids to play, canoe, paddle boats, small sailboat all available to use, morning tie off for our boat made it easy. Just a short boat ride to the surfside for dinner or lunch and shop (10 minutes tops) and 15-20 minutes to the world renowned sand bar! We live on a lake down state but nothing nearly as beautiful as Torch Lake. The best way to describe how we felt is that we are going to rent them again next year, that should say it all!! Only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is they are cabin's but the location and the cleanliness are for sure 5 Star and so was Sarah who help us book our stay, very responsive to all phone calls and emails, very polite.

Other days you may choose to "stay and play" on the beach or in the water via paddle boats and kayaks that are available to all guests. Our friendly hospitality will make you feel at home and you can be assured knowing that one of us is here to assist in any way that we can.
We take pride in providing quality lodging at an affordable price and strive to ensure that everyone who stays in our private cabins are satisfied with their experience. We feel confident that with our past rental experience we can make sure your trip to beautiful Torch Lake is a memorable one.
You may even find a Petoskey stone or two down by the beach!

Guests will fall in love with the rustic woodsy up north setting while being able to be on beautiful Torch Lake within a minute walk from your cabin! The beautiful Torch Lake water scheme is breathtaking even on a cloudy day....come see for yourself! We promise you won't regret your decision:)

If you find that this cabin is already booked for your particular dates, don't despair, we have 3 other cabins for you to choose from! The 2 larger cabins and 1 smaller cabin (#868977, 879528 and 879529) might also be of interest and/or suit your needs.
Have a larger family? Wanting to bring friends? There is the option to rent one or all four at the same time and for multiple days or weeks, depending on availability.
