nearby our house. Step outside to discover a perfect setting for al fresco

fishing, adventure is always at your doorstep. The house is located in the

center of Torch Lake Village, an exclusive location, and is walking distance

from the Torch Lake Marina, private subdivision beach, and Johnny's Torch

Riviera restaurant.



This spacious house is approximately 1200sq ft with parking for 3 vehicles and

private front yard that overlooks Torch Lake. (Guests' boats are not permitted

due to parking limitations). Main bedroom has a king bed with TV and 2nd

bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunkbed over a full bunkbed. There are 2 full

bathrooms with showers, the first with heated floors and the 2nd has a

stackable washer and dryer. The living area has a large sitting area with TV

and large windows that overlook the lake and front yard. The kitchen is fully

equipped with all your major large and small appliances, including an

icemaker, beverage cooler/mini fridge, Ninja smoothie blender and Ninja smart-

oven/air-fryer. Private front deck with dining table, gas grill, and

smokeless firepit in the yard with additional seating.

No boats, trailers or RVs as there is not enough room to park a trailer or

camper and there is not enough room to turn a trailer around on the private

street.



The garage at the bottom of the hill in the front yard belongs to the

neighbor. Please do not climb on the roof. We are not responsible for injuries

or any action the neighbor may take against renters for damage or trespassing.



Please note that this is a residential neighborhood and the Township enforces

strict rules. **Total 7 guests includes Maximum 4 Adults (per Township

regulations). Plus 3 children. The primary booker must be 25+.**
