The villa boasts very comfortable and tasteful furnishings, including a living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a billiard room. One of the rooms features a double sofabed and a double bed, providing ample sleeping arrangements. Additionally, there is a dining room and a large, open kitchen measuring 30 square meters, equipped with modern appliances such as five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also includes an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV for your convenience. The ground floor of the villa features a room with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a shower/WC, and a separate WC, as well as a kitchenette. This room is conveniently located near the pool area.
