Luxury 3BR Home - Incredible Location & Stunning Views - 1 Block from Beach

Our beautiful Manhattan Beach home is less than a minute walk to the beach, has incredible ocean views, a gourmet kitchen, private elevator, and 4 patios overlooking the ocean! You will also have access to 2 parking spots in our garage and 1 outdoor spot. Our home is in a laid back beach neighborhood just a 1 minute walk to the ocean and a 5 minute walk to Downtown Manhattan Beach with fabulous restaurants and shops!

Our beach house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath and is located in a walkable neighborhood just a few blocks from the ocean. The home was designed with exposed beam ceilings, hardwood floors, top of the line appliances, and an open and expansive layout. The large open concept living room, kitchen, dining room and TV area have stunning views of the ocean. The entire home was recently refurnished with furniture from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. The large living room provides plenty of space to relax and take in the ocean view. There is an additional attached living space with a comfortable couch (that folds out into a queen bed) and large flat screen TV. We have a top of the line fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinetry, great for cooking your favorite dish. You can also enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside on one of our balconies outfitted with lounge furniture (which was recently added and not pictured), to soak in amazing views of the ocean.

We also have a hot tub on 1 of the balconies which guests are free to use.

The property is fully furnished and very comfortable. We have everything you will need for a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach. The kitchen is stocked extensively with anything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.

The home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, shampoos and soaps.

Guests have access to everything in the home which includes everything you'd need for a great day at the beach - surfboards, boogie board, toys, beach chairs, etc.

We also have a high efficiency washing machine and dryer (+ detergent) which guests are welcome to use.

We spent a month in this great beach house. Spacious and well laid out. Looks as nice in person as it does in the photos. Quick walk to beach and town. Quiet neighborhood. The host provided all information in advance and quickly dealt with one minor issue.

Manhattan Beach Gem

We had a great three week stay at this lovely, well maintained home. It is exactly as pictured/described and is a short two block walk to the beach and 1/2 mile walk to the center of town. The house is well stocked- kitchen, laundry, recreational toys (surfboard, beach chairs and bikes)- very comfortable beds and good wifi. Jessica is a responsive host - often times replying to my questions within minutes- and was very easy to work with . We hope to be back soon for another visit.

Stunning views from top floor + great location

I had a wonderful six week stay at this property. The location is ideal - blocks from the beach. The highlight is the top floor living area w/ expansive ocean views. I spent most mornings drinking coffee while looking at the ocean and most evenings watching sunsets. Jessica is a very responsive host.

This house is a dream! I loved every second of my stay here.

The perfect spot!

We are so happy that we chose to stay in this clean, beautiful home with amazing views of the ocean. Located in a quiet, safe area, we were able to leave the car and walk everywhere. Lovely Holiday Home in Perfect Location

My family and I had a great vacation at this lovely holiday home. It is in a perfect location and the views to the sea and the hills ,especially at sunset are glorious. We arrived to very clean and well appointed accommodation and the arrangements and instructions given for our arrival and departure were very convenient . The beds are SO comfortable and it was a struggle to make ourselves get up and enjoy the fantastic surroundings . The beach is so close and perfect for walking , jogging or cycling along. Our host was helpful and left useful suggestions of places and restaurants to visit both locally in Manhattan beach and further afield. The local town is lovely and the people so friendly . The weekly farmers market provided great supplies . Comprehensive instructions were also provided to make the most of the facilities at the property. The jacuzzi was an especially welcome treat at home the end of a day of sightseeing. We would all love to have the chance to return .

NEIGHBORHOOD

Manhattan Beach is a picturesque beach town and is known for the beautiful beach, boutiques, restaurants, bars and pier. Although you are only a 20 minute drive from LA, Manhattan Beach is known for being laid back and relaxing. Downtown Manhattan Beach is about a 5 minute walk from our house. Our favorite restaurants include The Manhattan Beach Post, Love & Salt Paradise Bowls, Manhattan Beach Creamery, Iza Kaya, and Nick's. Our home is about a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Manhattan Beach Pier and Roundhouse aquarium.

GETTING AROUND

Everything is within walking distance, but youā€™ll have access to two parking spots in our garage and a spot in front of the garage. Thereā€™s plenty of parking on the street as well. We also have bikes you are welcome to use.

We recommend using Uber/Lyft to get around or renting a car if you'd like to take day trips anywhere.
