Here is a haven of tranquility at the end of a small private road of 100 meters. It is a 120m2 detached house, nestled on the hillside, which offers a panoramic view of Ascain, La Rhune and the Pyrenees chain, up to 3 Couronnes. Ideally located, it is isolated but close to everything: 5 minutes from Ascain; 15 minutes from the Spanish "ventas"; 8 km from the beaches of Saint Jean de Luz (bus stops 5 minutes) and departure of hiking or mountain biking from the house (Emilie trail ...). No car passage!

On the ground floor :
- an entrance
- an equipped kitchen (large oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery and utensils, etc.), iron, open to a dining room
- 1 living room, with television, fireplace with insert, sofas and benches, 1 office

- 1 enclosed garden, with access to the mountain and to the trails: unlimited playground !!

Towels: 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel € 5 per person / stay. Free for stays longer than 6 days (payable locally).
