A beautiful recently converted hayloft, situated opposite the main house with it's own secluded garden and seating area. views to open farmlands front and back , ample parking. The property consists of open plan kitchen, lounge, diner and ground floor bathroom . stairs lead to a mezzanine bedroom with one double and one single bed (not suitable for toddlers with a tendency to climb). The kitchen is well equipped including hob, oven, fridge, microwave,dishwasher and dolce gusto coffee machine ( plus two complimentary pods for your first night ). Also for your convenience we offer complimentary tea/coffee, sugar and milk. All linen and towels are included plus complimentary hand made natural guest soaps made on the smallholding.
The smallholding is home to a menagerie of animals including alpacas, sheep, a goat, a pig, a peacock, ducks, chickens ( fresh eggs normally available), guinea pigs and rabbits. To add to this there is an abundance of wild life such as deer, bats, owls and many species of birds including a kingfisher at our lakes.
The location is very rural with no immediate neighbours to the smallholding however it is ideally placed to explore land and coast. The lovely seaside town of Bude is approximately half an hour away. Dartmoor and the granite way cycle path are 10 minutes away as is roadford lake with it's abundance of water sports. National trusts lydford gorge with its white lady falls is approximately 15 minutes away.Further a field we have Tavistock, with its lovely pannier market, eden project and cathedral cities of Exeter and Plymouth . For those who don't wish to cook the nearest pub serving well priced , generous portions is 5 minutes away
